On the main floor is the well appointed living room along with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. One bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a queen size bed & a Twin/Twin bunk. A Sofa sleeper is located in the living room for additional guests.
Our home is located in the gated community of Beach Retreat. It is a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. The neighborhood has brick paved streets lined with colorful Florida Cottages, and a 3000 square foot Community pool is heated during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and for Spring Break. This home is located within steps of the pool and directly behind the club house with a state of the art fitness room. The Beach Retreat community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Dave's and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centrally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.
