Beautiful wooded property of 2500m, surrounded by nature sheltered nuisances, not vis-à-vis.
The apartment consists of its main entrance with its terrace fully equipped and equipped with 33m2 (barbecue weber, garden furniture, table and chairs ....)
You enter a very large living room where we have beautiful volumes, the room is bright, spacious (5m60)
A sober design kitchen awaits you there is fully equipped for your comfort.
The open living room with its sofa bed and a bay window overlooking a terrace of 15m2 where an exceptional panoramic view will seduce you !!
A sleek corridor with contemporary decor where styles blend together leads you to two beautiful rooms with beds 140, dressers, dressing!
A clean, classy bathroom where you can relax in a bathtub for 2 people in balneotherapy.
An independent toilet.
Surmounted by a design spiral staircase you will have on the floor a very nice room a small cocoon with its room of water and its independent toilet.
The apartment is air conditioned, internet access, dvd games of companies will be at your disposal.
Linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels and maintenance kits will be provided.)
Regarding your stay I provide you (dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, sponge, washing machine liquid, coal bag !!!!).
Small attentions on arrival for future tenants.
Deckchairs and hammocks in the shade of oaks.
A professional Jacuzzi Lodge 6 places will be at your disposal during your stay !!!
Pétanque field (balls provided).
Private parking.
Beds made of white on arrival.
