Perfect location, friendly house sharing with other nice people. Accommodation size I had was sufficient for 1 person.

Voyage professionnel ce qui m a condamné a rester sinon je serai immédiatement partie du studio car faute d aération et de VMC une odeur de moisi d humidité "acre"insupportable qui vs prend à la gorge même en laissant la fenêtre ouverte 10 jours et en utilisant des huilles essentielles de lavande.un cauchemar.ts mes vêtements, mes cheveux ,valises et même mes dossiers "puent" a mon retour a Paris. Ts les vêtements chez le teinturier immetables avec cette odeur exécrable.jamais eu une telle expérience avec Booking ou Airbnb en 10 ans.La Baule est une merveilleuse mais ce studio un cauchemar .

J'ai mis 5 à cette voyageuse par ironie. L'appartement a été laissé dans un état immonde. Madame ne repondait pas aux " bonjours" de nos autres résidents habitués des lieux qui nous l'ont fait remarquer ... Il faut de tout pour faire un monde mais là, à éviter à tout prix!!! Cette personne n'a fait aucune remarque desobligeante sur le logement que ce soit à son arrivée et à son départ...Curieuse façon de communiquer

Emplacement génial

Proche du centre, de la plage, très bien pour quelques nuits. Aménagement succinct, une bouilloire et un grille-pain seraient bienvenus, ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux.

Mon studio favori à La Baule!

Studio très agréable, avec jardinet, au rez-de-chaussée d'une jolie villa. Il est idéalement placé à 500m de la gare et 600m de la plage, et les hôtes sont charmants ! C'est mon deuxième séjour dans ce studio et ce n'est PAS le dernier !!!

Séjour très satisfaisant !

Studio très bien situé, à 5 mn à pied de la Gare et 3mn de l'Océan,et ........30 secondes à pied du Marché et de nombreux commerces ! En outre , le studio est placé au rez-de-chaussée d'une charmante villa ! Excellent rapport qualité -prix !

Très bon emplacement

Mon séjour s’est bien passé. Très bon emplacement (plage et centre ville) mais déçue concernant l’état de propreté du petit studio à mon arrivée (sol sale et odeur d’humidité) ainsi que le bruit durant le séjour des voisins de dessus. Pourtant des consignes d’incivilité sont affichées. Sinon à part ceux là, tout était bien. Attention pour les personnes de grande taille ou claustrophobes. Ce petit logement ne vous conviendrait pas car hauteur plafond 1h80 et petit espace. Heureusement qu’il y a un petit extérieur. Par contre, Les hôteliers sont accueillants et serviables. Bon séjour pour ceux que cela intéresse. Cordialement
