Un petit coin de paradis

Que rêver de mieux pour déconnecter? Une jolie maison, propre et très bien équipées, des propriétaires à l’écoute, un environnement calme, la proximité du bassin, et des commerces. La possibilité d’emmener nos toutous. Nous avons tout adoré. Nous conseillons sans hésitation!

Geschmackvoll, praktisch und super nett

ein wirklich sehr schön renoviertes und und geschmackvoll und vor allem praktisch eingerichtetes Haus. Perfekt gelegen (in Arés de facto alles zu Fuß erreichbar) und dennoch ruhig. Vor allem eine sinnvoll und nutzbar eingerichtete Küche mit genug Geschirr/Besteck und mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Toiletten für uns (2 Erwachsene, 3 Teens) super nutzbar. Ausserdem sehr (!) netter und humorvoller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Maison très agréable proche du bassin et à quelques kilomètres de l’océan

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, agencement soigné et décorée avec goût. Située à quelques centaines de mètres du bassin d’Arcachon, et très proche du centre ville. Nous y avons séjourné pendant deux semaines avec nos deux chiens et recommandons chaudement cette location.

Beaucoup de charme

Petite maison pleine de charme, très bien située au calme et proche des commerces d’Ares et du port ostréicole. Les extérieurs ne sont pas immenses mais très agréables (terrasse couverte, jacuzzi, spa) et notre chien a pu en profiter pleinement : terrain entièrement clos et bien protégé de la vue par les bambous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Marion et Anthony sont super sympa. Maison bien situé. Nous vous attendions à avoir une vrai plage disponible près de là maison mais celle ci est la plage du bassin. (Pas le top top pour ce baigner) nous sommes néanmoins ravi de notre séjour.

La propriété est totalement conforme à l’annonce. Très bien aménagée et très agréable, la location est en plus particulièrement bien située (commerces, bassin, plages océanes...). Encore merci à Marion pour l’accueil sympathique et nos échanges jusqu’au jour de notre arrivée. Nous recommandons bien évidemment la destination mais également la location.

Super Urlaubsdomizil

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und vor allem die Lage mit fußläufiger Entfernung zu Restaurants, Supermarkt, Boulangerie etc. hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer nur am Wochenende etwas häufiger befahrenen sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, hat eine große beschattete Terasse und einen kleinen Garten. Toll war auch der kurze Weg zu den Fahrradwegen, auf denen die Umgebung super erkundet werden konnte und auch der Weg zum Atlantik oder zur Bucht war nicht weit.

Tout est réuni pour pouvoir découvrir et profiter du bassin d'arcachon dans des conditions optimum. L'emplacement, les équipements, les prestations sont au rendez-vous pour passer un excellent séjour. De plus, l'accueil de Marion est excellent et très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons très volontier à Arès dans cette agréable maison.
