The “Villa Camille" is located in Carqueiranne, which enjoys from more than 300 days of sunshine a year, and more specifically it is in the very popular district of Pradon.
Built on the tiered garden that once housed tulip plantations, it overlooks the beach and offers a sublime view of the sea from every room in the house.

Everything has been arranged for your comfort: a bright living space with a welcoming kitchen, reversible air conditioning throughout the house, terraces where you can take your meals on sunny days under the shade sail while savouring the view, or near the safe swimming pool and heated...
You will have 4 bedrooms, including 1 en suite bedroom on the ground floor (the other 3 are upstairs).

The attractive Mediterranean garden of 2800m² is fenced off and has a boules court. As horticulturalists, passed down from generation to generation, the owners practice the art of cultivating the land... They work with passion, landscaping the Villa Camille garden throughout the year. Olive trees are dotted around the front of the house. Here and there you will find Lavender, Creeping Rosemary, Laurel, Blue Agapanthus, Yellow Lilies but also Almond Trees, Hackberry Trees, Araucarias... In Spring, the garden reveals its stunning palette of colours.

Morning bathing is just a 5 minute walk away (Pradon beach,400m), as is the traditional port, its shops and restaurants (less than 10 minutes away). We advise you to return at sunset, the colours are sublime.
The house has been classified as 5* by the Tourist Office ;-)

Sehr schöner Frühlingsurlaub!

Wir haben 1 Woche in diesem Objekt verbracht. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr schön, modern, toller Pool, atemberaubende Aussicht von allen Zimmern. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nix. Das Haus ist allerdings ziemlich hellhörig, was für uns jedoch nicht schlimm war. Carqueiranne ist ein kleines Städchen mit einem kleinen Hafen. und einer netten Bucht mit sehr gemütlicher Strandbar. Ansonsten ist sehr wenig geboten und der Weg nach St. Tropez, Cannes und Nitza doch ziemlich weit. In Hyeres und Toulon gibt es wunderbare Strände und sind auch sonst eine Reise wert! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Beautiful house with every amenity in a gorgeous location

We stayed at Villa Camille for two weeks and loved every minute of it! The house is well-designed and spacious with a wonderful view of the sea. We loved swimming in the saltwater pool, eating breakfast on the terrace and cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen. Being just a short walk from the beach and having a pétanque court at the property were the icing on the cake! All of our communications with Sabrina, Samuel and the team were excellent, as well. We hope to come back soon!

Maison correspondant en tout points à nos attentes ! Carqueiranne est un village calme et agréable et surtout proche des magnifiques plages des alentours. Très bien placé.

Belle vue sur la mer

Toutefois de 7 heures du matin à 15 h 00 nous avons subi les nuisances de la construction de la maison située à 50 mètres ( meleuse et engins de terrassement en continu) qui nous obligaient à vivre fenêtres fermées. Dommage également que le jardin et la piscine ne soient pas éclairés le soir. Ménage intermédiaire totalement inutile.

Bonjour. Je suis vraiment navrée que votre séjour ne se soit pas déroulé comme vous le souhaitiez. En revanche je ne comprends pas de quelle maison il s'agit car la dernière construction dans le coin c'est terminée en mars (maison, terrassement et piscine). Je n'ai pas eu de retour de la part des locataires juste avant vous ni même après vous. Ce n'est effectivement pas de chance s'il y a eu du bruit lorsque vous étiez là car c'est un endroit très calme normalement et j'en suis désolée. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour que les séjours de nos hôtes se passent le mieux possible et dans les 12 maisons que nous gérons. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée, les serviettes dans chaque salle de bain, le rosé, l'eau plate et gazeuse sont au frais et nous faisons intervenir une femme de ménage au milieu de votre séjour afin d'entretenir la maison, ce qui est apprécié dans 99% des cas. Suite à votre demande, afin de vous êtes agréable et parce qu'il y avait une personne âgée, j'ai mis en place une double équipe de ménage pour pouvoir vous accueillir à 13h30 au lieu de 17h (ce qui est compliqué à gérer en pleine saison). Entre-temps vous êtes allée manger au restaurant et c'est nous qui vous avons fini par vous attendre sur place dans la maison. Désolée encore de vous avoir dérangé au cours de votre repas pour pouvoir vous accueillir et faire le tour de la maison afin de vous expliquer son fonctionnement. Si vous aviez bien voulu faire la visite nous aurions pu vous expliquer, entre autres choses, que la lumière de la piscine fonctionne avec une télécommande. J'espère tout de même que ces vacances ont été un minimum agréables pour affronter votre retour de façon positive... Bien à vous. Sabrina /S-Lux

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables au sein de cette propriété.La maison elle-même offre toutes les commoditées imaginables, elle est très bien équipée et la vue est splendide. En plus elle est très proche du village, des plages....Ce n'est sûrement pas la dernière fois qu'on y était.

Alles super!

Ein tolles, neues Objekt - genau so wie beschrieben. In 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Strand, in 10 Min. zum Hafen und zu den Geschäften. Im Hof ist locker Platz für 4 Fahrzeuge (angegeben waren 2)! Jeder Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr angenehm. Wir waren zu 8 (3 Generationen) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
