My name is Alexandros Lechareas, I was born in the seaside village of Agios Dimitrios and my family has lived there for many generations. I built 'Villa Pefnos' in 1999, in an olive grove inherited from my father. Since then I come here as often as I can; to holiday, to make the house and garden more beautiful, to harvest olives or just enjoy the tranquility. I have realised a dream here, and I would like to share that with my guests.

Villa Pefnos is set in its own olive grove just 100m from the crystal blue waters of the Messinian Gulf, ensuring peace and privacy in a beautiful setting. The villa has stunning sea and mountain views and is close to beautiful beaches. We offer free bikes for those wishing to explore.
What makes this property unique
The sea views at Villa Pefnos are beautiful and there are three beaches close by for swimming and relaxing. The mountain views are also stunning, and the mountain villages are great to explore by car, or on hikes. Our olive grove is quiet and peaceful, but there are cafe restaurants at the main beach and in the nearby village of Agios Nikolaos.
