The garden is 3000 sq m fenced rich cacti, olive trees, pines and flowers. It offers beautiful sunsets, tranquility, close contact with nature, maximum privacy and a great sense of freedom. Entrance-living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, large veranda, terrace - solarium, covered parking, even an outdoor shower to cool off from sunbathing, barbecure to cook great barbecued food. An Oasis of tranquillity

We booked this wonderful house for 5 days with friends and family and had a great time! The house, its property and the surrounding area are very nice as well as Francesco and Rino, who are extremely friendly and helpful. All in all: this is a very calm place where you can sleep deeply and recharge from city stress as well as having a good time with friends. Also the area is great and allows long walks, swims or biking tours and also to get to know and enjoy great food and people

Fantastico e rilassante

Casa grande, comoda, fresca e confortevole con un ampio giardino recintato. Tanto spazio per godersi il giusto relax. Panorama incantevole, soprattutto per il tramonto Accoglienza impeccabile dal sig. Rino e Anna, struttura come da immagini sul sito Unica pecca la pulizia, non esattamente a regola d’arte. Comunque sia, soddisfattissimi del soggiorno.

Sonnenuntergänge, die sich sehen lassen können...

Von der Dachterrasse gibt es einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick und hinreißende Sonnenuntergänge. Das großzügig angelegte Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen und verfügt neben einem Olivenhain über einen Baumbstand mit Pinien und Zypressen, über einen Obstgarten, Palmen, Lorbeer, Rosmarin... einfach schön! Das in die Jahre gekommene Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. ideales Haus mit Hunden, die m an auch mal im Haus lassen kann. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Lagune. Zum Kiten sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.

Schönes Haus an ruhiger Lage. Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt, aber sie funktioniert. Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein weiteres Objekt, das an andere Parteien vermietet wird. Abgesehen davon entspricht das Objekt den Angaben im Inserat.

Vacanza fantastica

La casa rispecchia perfettamente l’annuncio, siamo stati accolti da Rino e Anna persone fantastiche disponibili e sempre pronti a consigliare ed aiutare senza mai essere invadenti. Francesco disponibilissimo e sollecito nelle risposte alle varie domande tramite mail. Raggiungibili a piedi vari ristoranti/pizzerie facendo belle passeggiate lungo la riva, i tramonti sono indimenticabili e si possono ammirare anche dal tetto di casa. Raggiungibili in auto, in poco tempo, vari siti molto belli e interessanti. Grazie Francesco, Rino e Anna abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza che speriamo di poter ripetere.

What a nice location and view very near to the seaside, to nice restaurants, the salines, and of course the towns like Erice, Marsala and Trapani. We enjoyed all the days even as the weather was a bit cold and stormy.

Bel panorama dal tetto!

Io e i miei 4 amici siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Rino e Anna, ci ha fatto molto piacere. Ho trovato la casa meglio di come mi aspettassi, due condizionatori d'aria funzionanti, camere come nelle foto, ma la sorpresa è stato il bel panorama sulle saline che si vede dalla terrazza sul tetto. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Incantevole affaccio sulle saline dello Stagnone, casa comoda, fresca e confortevole con ampio giardino recintato. Accoglienza impeccabile e struttura come da immagini sul sito: bellissima! Unici nei la scarsa disponibilità di spazio negli armadi/cassetti (già occupati da oggettistica varia) e la pulizia generale non esattamente a regola d’arte. Comunque sia, soddisfattissimi del soggiorno.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a nice villa, perfect for 4 people and for kitesurfing. Nice patio, plenty of space. Note: not too fancy (i.e. feels like going to a family house, but that's part of the character.)

SOGGIORNO INDIMENTICABILE DA RIPETERE

Un soggiorno indimenticabile fra kitesurf e escursioni sui monti siciliani, fra templi greci e citta mediovali, il tutto coronato da una casa in riva al mare con tramonti mozzafiato, padroni di casa ospitali e disponibili 24/24 che torneremo ad salutare appena possibile!!! Perfekter Rückzugsort für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber

Herzlicher Empfang. Perfekte Lage, wenn man nicht Haus an Haus mit den anderen Kitesurfern Urlaub verbringen möchte. Toller Garten und Dachterrasse. Innen leider etwas dunkel und die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür aber auch nicht teuer. Haben hier ein super schöne Woche verbracht.

Pace e spazio

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza ricca di sorprese. La luce, lo spazio dentro e fuori la casa, la storia dei luoghi e delle persone. Non vi accanto un mare straordinario, bisogna cercarlo e imparare a conoscere i venti, le temperature, le scelte delle meduse, anche convivere con un pianeta che non è quello che ci aspettiamo quanto a integrità. E' un soggiorno di conoscenza. La casa ha lo spazio sufficiente per nascondersi, meditare, stare vicini agli altri o in solitudine. Il tramonto è indimenticabile. Il giardino e i profumi anche. Meravigliosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato dieci notti in luglio. L'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Rino e Anna sono state da subito sintomo di una vacanza bellissima. La casa è grande e accogliente. Dotata di tutto e di più. Abbiamo usato l'aria condizionata solo per un paio di ore perché di solito si rivela fresca alla sera se si tengono chiusi gli scuri di giorno. Posizione strategica per visitare tutto l'ovest della Sicilia. Si godono dei tramonti meravigliosi. Grazie

Splendida vacanza tra sport e relax

La casa è molto grande e ben attrezzata, meravigliosa la veranda e gli spazi esterni. La posizione è comoda e il panorama è veramente rilassante. Deliziosa l'accoglienza, i signori Anna E Rino sono disponibili e gentilissimi mantenendo alta la rinomata ospitalità siciliana.
