At the heart of Black Perigord and in a set of 10 pavilions, we propose you a pavilion of 5 people composed of 2 rooms, one with bed of 140 and one with 1 bed mezzanine of 90 and a bed of 140, room of water, wc, kitchen, living room, TV, tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue.

and another pavilion composed of 2 rooms, one with 1 bed of 140 and one with 4 beds of 90 superimposed, room water, toilet, corner cooks, stay, TV, ground of tennis, swimming pool, barbecue.

Nearby visits to the caves of Lascaux, castles, etc ...., walk in a rural area and various restaurants, various sports and cultural activities, canoeing and swimming on the pond Tamniès and Dordogne valley and Vézère. Superb market on Saturday morning in Sarlat and Sunday morning in ST Geniès. The pavilion is located 9km from Sarlat.

Un petit gîte au calme

Petit gîte au calme joliment aménagé. Tout le confort y est : les chambres sont de belles tailles et les équipements sont récents. Le BBQ est parfaitement situé et chaque logement a sa propre grille. Des moustiquaires existent à toutes les ouvertures et permettent de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. La résidence comporte 10 logements ce qui en fait un endroit à taille humaine, appréciable pour se reposer. Notre petite famille de trois y a séjourné confortablement. La piscine est à deux pas de la maison et de belle dimension : un vrai bonheur!. Notre seul bémol : pas d’internet dans le logement et peu de réseau dehors. Merci à Francesca qui est une hôte très agréable, soucieuse du confort de ses locataires. Nous recommandons aussi les pizzas de Christophe : un vrai délice!

Séjour sympathique

Un accueil sympathique, une jolie petite maisonnette bien rénovée, aménagée avec goût et bien équipée ( tv, beaucoup d’ustensiles en cuisine, 2 jeux de mobilier de jardin, barbecue en dur, aspirateur neuf…). Les chambres sont grandes. Piscine agréable. Possibilité de jouer au tennis. Résidence loin de la route, dans laquelle les voitures ne circulent pas pendant le séjour, cela permet aux enfants de jouer et de faire du vélo sereinement. Environnement calme. Petit bémol, le wifi. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré l’absence de beau temps!

Bon pied à terre

Propriété bien située par rapport aux lieux touristiques. Appartement bien équipé côté ménager. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir des voisins bruyants car peu d'isolation phonique avec l'appartement voisin. Lieux tranquille pour les enfants.

supers chambres, séjour un peu petit mais on a passé beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur..super piscine avec 3 bassins il y en a pour tous les âges. Seuls hics, le frigo beaucoup trop petit pour 5 et la piscine qui vieillie un peu..

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri 3 figli in questa casa per una settimana. È stato un soggiorno piacevole, immerso nel verde. Proprietari di casa molto disponibili e cordiali. Unico neo: manca il wifi. È presente nel bar a qualche decina di metri, ma non sempre è comodo dover andare al bar per consultare internet. Anche il segnale della normale linea telefonica è troppo scarso per internet.
