Cool spot near West Jefferson

Greta's Getaway had plenty of room and supplies for our family group of 8. We took a wonderful walk along the river and enjoyed 2 wineries close by. At night we sat around the fire bowl and enjoyed the beautiful stars and full moon. Greta's Getaway is such a cool place!

Great place!!

We had a great stay but I would caution that this place is not for kids or persons with limited mobility. LOTS of decor and knickknacks that could be broken accidentally. They have everything you need for your stay! Literally! Cleaning crew missed a couple things (side table in upstairs bedroom and a few dishes and plates) but overall outstanding. Pretty area but steep hill and a one lane road that made it a challenge when we had to pass another car. Overall great and would stay again.

Great Fall Mountain trip

This home is full of interesting art and memorabilia. We enjoyed touring the house as much as anything we saw in the mountains. The home is cozy, and very comfortable for the four of us.

The accommodations were amazing and the owners were exceptionally helpful with the process. I will definitely stay here again. I have rented many houses in the Jefferson and/or West Jefferson area and this was one of the best.
