About this property

New, modern cabin that abuts state-owned conservancy land which allows for additional space and great forest views. This custom-crafted abode features three spacious bedrooms and two and a half modern and clean bathrooms. The upper level is designed for family living with an open kitchen and living area boasting vaulted ceilings with Alder tongue and groove ceiling, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling ledge-stone gas fireplace with mounted 48” LED TV with wireless streaming capabilities from the device of your choice. The designer kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of storage and roomy enough for the whole crew. There's also a breakfast bar and a separate dining area that overlooks the tranquil backyard. Off the living space is a nice deck where you can grill and enjoy a warm summer night. The master bedroom is also on the upper level with a King Bed, Streaming TV, two closets and access to a private bathroom suite. The sheek yet dreamy master bath includes an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, separate toilet area and the perfect sized soaking tub to forget it all!
Bedrooms two and three as well as a full bathroom with laundry are on the lower level. The first bedroom features a queen bed and the second, a pyramid bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Both rooms overlook the back yard and the over-sized two car garage that will keep your vehicle safe and dry on winter nights. On those gorgeous summer days, grab one of the provided bikes and cruise on down to the Kings Beach Strip.
All 1740 square feet of this home are packed with modern bells and whistles; sleeps 7-9 guests. You won't be disappointed after staying at this real Tahoe cabin!

Beautiful, updated and clean home perfect for a family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our second time staying at this property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 11 nights, it would be better if more kitchen paper towels were provided, trash bags were also not enough. Kitchen cookwares need some update, chopping boards were too small...carpet needs some professional cleaning after many years of use, looks dirty. it was our second time stay here, overall it’s a good place to stay.

Perfect little base camp

Great home with ample room, very clean and well equipped. Perfect as a “home base” to relax, make meals, etc. And a great deal, to boot !

Awesome trails close by!

The location is super for biking or hiking - great trails accessible right from the neighborhood. Spacious rooms in the cabin, comfortable beds, and communication with property management was good. When we arrived the screen door to the deck was broken, and by our 3rd day they sent out a person to repair it. Kitchen could use a few more big bowls, cutting boards, etc for entertaining, but all in all the the home was lovely. 4 cruiser bikes were a nice addition (but the ride uphill is a bit of a workout :)
