Next to trainline

This Bach/shack/cabin is given undeserved reverence! So close to trainline that it sounds like trains r coming thro your bedroom wall. Bedrooms cold with no heating. Elderly husband had to sleep on the floor in lounge due to the lethal spiral staircase, and there being no toilet upstairs. Cut my eyebrow open on the GLASS rangehood above stove!! Who has a glass rangehood? Remote locking door, which locked me inside the house and husband outside. What happened to old fashioned keys? Wanted a bond in ase we "damaged" the place! This place is full of holes in the walls, and scuff marks and scratches. We know because we photographed all 30x of them!

Leider hat das Haus unsere Erwartungen nur in Teilen erfĂŒllt: einige Fenster konnten im EG gar nicht geöffnet werden (und wurden bei starkem Wind sogar aufgedrĂŒckt), SpĂŒlmaschine defekt (wurde wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts getauscht), große Couch im Wohnzimmer einseitig durchgebrochen - sah man leider nicht, 
 zudem liegt das Haus direkt an 4 Gleisen mit regem Zugverkehr - mit entsprechender GerĂ€uschkulisse.. Schade, die Punkte hĂ€tten wir gerne vor dem Buchen gewusst
 sonst sĂŒĂŸes HĂ€uschen - daher 3 von 5 Sternen

Ormi les trains dont je me doutais de la nuisance surtout celui de 5h15, ormi les portes fenĂȘtres du sĂ©jour ainsi que de la cuisine qui sont toujours condamnĂ©es depuis 2 ans, ormi le fait ou vous ne verrez jamais les hĂŽtes ( serrure gĂ©rer Ă  distance), ormi la panne du ballon d'eau chaude Ă  deux jours de notre dĂ©part, nous avons pu passer un excellent moment dans cette belle rĂ©gion.

Hébergement moderne, agréable et bien placé

La proximitĂ© la gare est Ă  la fois un avantage (pratique pour ĂȘtre Ă  Strasbourg en 10 mn) et un inconvĂ©nient (bruit auquel on s habitue nĂ©anmoins rapidement). Bien situĂ© (commerces Ă  proximitĂ©). Logement spacieux et trĂšs fonctionnel.

Bonne experience

La propriété est parfaitement située (centre commercial à proximité - à une dizaine de minutes de Strasbourg). L'espace est assez spacieux pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans de bonnes conditions. Bien adapté pour les bébés (fourniture de puériculture).

Un séjour agréable, nous recommandons !

TrÚs bien situé, les trains ne sont certes pas trÚs loin mais pas dérangeants. Maison trÚs agréable et bien aménagée, équipée suffisamment pour recevoir 6 personnes sur un long weekend, dans notre cas pour profiter des festivités de décembre à Strasbourg et aux alentours. HÎtes trÚs arrangeants, la communication était simple et fluide. Pas de mauvaises surprises, nous recommandons et gardons ce lieu dans nos petites adresses. Encore merci Fabrice et Aline.

Very nice house

The house is equipped with almost all comforts. Checking in is very easy. When you are at the door, you call the host. The door is opened remotely. check out is done in the same way. We would like to come back for the comfort of the house.

Großer Garten

Abdolut problemlose Buchung und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe; sehr netter Vermieter; Haus gut ausgestattet und sauber, passt gut fĂŒr 4 Personen; großer Garten zum Entspannen, Essen und Weintrinken unter Schatten spendenden BĂ€umen; 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof, von dem man mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten in Straßburg ist (von da auch ZĂŒge nach Colmar etc. ); Lage allerdings nicht ganz ruhig (Verkehr von naheliegender Hauptstraße) aber ok. Wer die Gegend erkunden und sightseeing will und Autofahrten in die Natur nicht scheut, ist gut aufgehoben, wer lieber nah an der Natur in einem ruhigen Dorf verbringen will, weniger. FĂŒr uns hat es gut gepasst. Es war ein insgesamt gelungener Aufenthalt in einem komfortablen Ferienhaus und in einer interessanten Gegend. (Abzug: SchiebetĂŒren zum Garten waren leider alle defekt und konnten nicht geöffnet werden)

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Belle location, chambres mansardĂ©es (photos exactes mais attention Ă  nos tĂȘtes) et une des chambres est une piĂšce en second jour (fenĂȘtre fixe qui donne sur un couloir avec fenĂȘtre) pas de lave-linge (laverie), comme indiquĂ© maison situĂ©e prĂ©s de la voie ferrĂ©e (gĂȘne modĂ©rĂ©e, nuit calme) vers une grande zone commerciale. Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine, avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les balades Ă  pied, Ă  vĂ©lo le long du canal (Ă  proximitĂ©) et bien sĂ»r les visites des villes, villages alsaciens, le chĂąteau du Haut Koenigsbourg, caves...

Déçu...

Ligne de train passe au bout du jardin, toutes les portes fenĂȘtre du rdc sont condamnĂ©es, pelouse pas tondue, pas de patĂšre dans sdb, couverts abĂźmĂ©s, pas d’essoreuse Ă  salade, 1 seule poĂȘle, lave linge en sus, pas de bbq quel dommage ! TrĂšs bonne literie, maison rĂ©cente et qd mĂȘme agrĂ©able. Gare et bus Ă  5mn Ă  pied, commerces Ă  5mn en voiture.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und die Auszeit genossen. FĂŒr uns war die BahnhofsnĂ€he super, so konnten wir unkompliziert mit der Bahn nach Straßburg fahren. Schöner Garten. Ausstattung: alles notwendige vorhanden.

Maison confort et propre mais...

Une jolie petite maison bien entretenue et propre mais : voie de chemin de fer au bout du jardin et trĂšs proche qu'on entend fortement. Beaucoup de vis Ă  vis car le jardin et le salon donne sur la maison des voisins. Enfin, mĂȘme si le propriĂ©taire me dit que c'est temporaire, pas de possibilitĂ© d'ouvrir les portes fenĂȘtres qui sont verrouillĂ©es. Maison bien pour un week-end end et si on a prĂ©vu de ne pas ĂȘtre sur place la journĂ©e.

Guter Standort um Elsaß kennen zu lernen

Gute technische Ausstattung, großer Garten, großer Wohnbereich, Studio. FĂŒr 6 Erwachsene nur bedingt zu empfehlen, da ein Doppelbett ĂŒber offenem Studio, im Durchgang zu den beiden SchlafrĂ€umen, wovon eines nur ein Außenfenster hat. Wenn man besondere Nachtruhe gewohnt ist, könnte es sein, dass der vorbeifahrende Zugverkehr sehr störend ist. Vermieter sehr freundlich und offen fĂŒr Anregungen, VorwchlĂ€ge.

Agréable weekend

Propriété propre a deux pas du centre et de bons restaurants. Calme et spacieux, seul la proximité des voies du chemin de fer (uniquement en journée) trouble (légÚrement) la serinite. Fabrice et Aline sont trÚs sympathiques et ont un excellent contact.
