AMENITIES: The master bedroom has one King bed and one sleeper sofa with upscale furniture. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a direct view of the ocean/beach with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bunk bed that sleeps 4 people. All sleeper sofa mattresses have been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. The Master Bedroom and bath has newer wooded ceramic floor tiles installed. The second bedroom has a wooded floating floor installed. Both bathrooms have a full bathtub/shower and were recently renovated with brand new toilets, vanities, faucets and fixtures. The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. The sofa in the living area is a queen size sleeper. The kitchen has the "Maryland Crab" theme with a tray ceiling and shadow lighting as well as all new stainless-steel appliances. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a flat screen and DVD player in the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional ceiling fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum. In addition, there is a laundry room towards the back of the unit with a newly purchased full-size front loader washer and dryer for convenience. There is also a new 55-gallon hot water heater and HVAC system installed.

WHAT TO BRING: sheets, towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and HE laundry detergents. Bedding consists of 1 king, 2 queen, 1 double and 2 singles.

A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest.
