Close to shops and the lake, come relax in this charming semi-detached house for 6 people.
With its 3 bedrooms and terrace, it offers all the comfort you need. It includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 double beds (160 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm).
Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Inside, you will find all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, and fridge with freezer.
The house is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest lake beaches, 1 km from the center of Sanguinet, and 20 km from Biscarrosse Plage.
A €700 security deposit is required and will be refunded after your departure, provided everything is in order.
Tourist taxes are extra, according to current rates.
Optional additional services are available at extra cost:
Bed linen (Double €25 per bed, Single €20 per bed)
