Vacasa's office is right on the ground floor of Village Square. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly and the nightly cost (even with VRBO's fee) is really reasonable given you're right in Center Village. The room is just a smallish hotel room, but with coffee maker, small fridge and microwave, it's quite livable, especially if you are travelling solo or with just a single companion/significant other.

Split Condo w/ thin door

The condo is split in two and a thin door separates the two rooms. Every sound and word can be heard from the other tenants.

I booked this room for one of my employees and she wasn't able to get into the property at all, despite me sending her all the information to do so. Instead of calling me, the property owners essentially locked her out and she had to drive all the way back to Denver from Vail, in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional and I would very much like a refund.

Blood Stains, Broken Fridge, Broken Dresser

Massive disappointment. The bathroom had blood stains on the wall by the light switch and on the shower curtain. The dresser was missing wooden panels on drawers. The fridge didn’t work and smelled awful. The WiFi network provided by Vicasa (property managers) didn’t exist. The check in process was incredibly difficult and hard to find where to park to pick up our keys. The garage smelled horrendously of cigarette smoke. Great location close to lifts, but that was the only redeeming quality.

Until the water went out…

The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location. But on the last morning, as I was in the shower, all of the water went out and stayed off until after we checked out. It’s very hard to use a bottle of drinking water to rinse myself and still have enough to brush teeth! A bad way to end a very nice stay. Especially when there was no warning or explanation given.
