Located 1km from Lacanau lake and 15 minutes from the ocean, the villa has a living area of 85m2 opening onto a south-facing terrace of 100m2, 60% covered, including the 10mX3m salt-heated swimming pool secured by an alarm.
The Pool house houses the outdoor bar and the 100% stainless steel griddle. the deckchairs, the outdoor sofa, the dart board and the ping-pong table will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family.
The villa includes:
3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes.
On the ground floor:
• 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 * 200 cm
Upstairs:
• 1 parental suite with a 160 * 200 cm bed with bathroom (shower and separate WC)
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bunk bed of 140 * 190 cm

Linens provided (bed linen, tea towels, tablecloths and bath towel), beds made on arrival.

At your request, we can organize activities or visits to castles.
Possibility to park 3 vehicles (electric gate).
