Within a quiet residential area, close to the shady sandy beaches of the lake, you will enjoy this pleasant renovated villa for 4/6 people, nice and well equipped. The living room/dining room, is equipped with a sofa bed (double sleeping 140cm). It gives, part glass doors on two expanses exterior terrace equipped with garden furniture. The independent kitchen, recently renovated, and crossing opens onto the main room or corridor. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm), the other with twin beds (90cmx2). A shower room with an Italian shower and a sink. Toilet are independent. The garage remains accessible to store your water equipment or bicycles. Free access to the two tennis courts located beside. Your pet is welcome. The garden is enclosed and wooded. Park your vehicle at the entrance on the garden. Join the lake at 100 m, shops at 2 km, golf at 8 km, beaches and ocean at 13km (REF 02332)
