In a privileged environment between ocean, lake and forest, a pleasant 38 m² bungalow on one level with a large wooden terrace of 13 m², not overlooked. In a very quiet residence ideally located in the heart of the pine forest between ocean and lake. With large outdoor pool (open from early June to late September). Near downtown and beaches (1.5 km, 10 min by bike, 5 min by car). In the immediate vicinity of the golf course, the horse village, a spa, a course in the trees and tennis. Private parking. Several km of pleasant cycle paths pass right outside the residence. Provision of bicycle storage in the residence. Very handy for going to the beach or to town. Lacanau lake nearby for sailing and water skiing. The great wines and castles of the Médoc are nearby. Bordeaux and its cultural heritage at 1 hour.
The house has: 1 closed bedroom of 13m² with a double bed (140x190cm) and large closets / wardrobe - 1 living room with 2 comfortable benches / single beds (90x200cm), television, table & chairs - 1 large wooden terrace (with table & wooden chairs, deckchairs, plancha and parasol) with open views of the pine forest. 1 fully equipped kitchen (electric hotplates & hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave grill, toaster) - 1 bathroom with large tiled shower & WC.

Nous avons passé un long WE particulièrement agréable dans ce havre de tranquilité. Un programme de balades vers l'océan, vers le lac loin du tumulte de l'été et sous un temps certes variable mais clément. Nous avons aussi apprecié les petits déjeuners face aux pins et les soirées tranquilles. Tout cela sans oublier un hôte accueillant, à l'écoute et réactif par rapport à nos demandes.

Gute Lage

Wir wurden von Pascal und seiner Frau sehr herzlich empfangen. Das kleine Häuschen ist wirklich super zwischen Meer und See gelegen, wobei unsere Fahrräder Gold wert waren. Leider ist der Parkplatz der Siedlung direkt oberhalb des Hauses, wobei es keine Lärmbelästigung gab. Aber so richtig "romantisch" ist es dadurch auch nicht. Das Haus teilt sich in zwei Wohnungen, die direkt aneinandergrenzen. Unsere Nachbarn waren jedoch ruhig. Aber man ist eben eng beeinander. Kinder haben super auf den beiden Couchen geschlafen. Insgesamt ist alles vorhanden und groß genug. Man muss allerdings bedenken, dass man in der Natur/Wald ist: Nacktschnecken, Spinnen, Mücken. Es bedarf mal einer Grundreinigung, was sich aber alles noch im Rahmen hält. Was allerdings unangenehm ist, ist der muffige/feuchte Geruch. Diesen nimmt man jedoch nicht mehr wahr, wenn man erstmal drin ist. Wenn heißes Wetter ist, fällt er auch nicht so auf. Jedoch hatten wir auch einige wenige Regentage. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis also angemessen.

Vacances en famille

Habitués à Lacanau et aux vacances où l'on fait tout à vélo, nous avons apprécié l'endroit. La résidence est à 10 min environ de la plage centrale par les pistes cyclables qui passent à l'entrée. On peut rapidement rejoindre d'autres pistes qui mènent au lac ou dans la forêt. L'appartement est bien équipé, agencé avec 2 pièces en L et une terrasse centrale qui est relativement intime et donne sur une petite zone verte. Bref très bien selon nous !

Localisation au top

Superbe semaine entre océan et lac. Le logement est très bien situé. Prenez vos vélos si vous logez à Lacanau ; c’est super bien desservi en pistes cyclable. Petit bémol de propreté comme si le logement n’avait plus été ouvert habité depuis quelques semaines… Si je devais dire un truc à ajouter dans ce logement ce serait un tapis de sol dans la salle de bain mais ça reste un détail de confort… En fin, Nous avons eu la chance d avoir des voisins très discrets car les différentes résidences sont proches surtout avec celle mitoyenne.

Le logement est top, propre et très bien décoré. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous sommes venues avec notre toutou, le séjour était très agréable. Attention juste à la terrasse si vous avez un toutou qui comporte des espace où le chien peux passer.
