Nous avons passe une superbe semaine.Le propriétaire nous a communiqué avant notre arrivee toutes les particularites pour acceder au logement.Petit chalet conforme a la description dans une pinede au calme avec a moins de 2km tout le necessaire. L'equipement du chalet est plus que parfait.De plus nous avions un chien et endroit parfait pour lui avec de superbes ballades a proximité. Propriétaire tres a lecoute de ses hotes pour les satisfaire au maximum.Merci encore Mr Mangez pour cette superbe semaine.

Zwischen Wald und Meer

Eine hĂŒbsche kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage zwischen anderen FerienhĂ€uschen. Die Terrasse hat v.a. nachmittags und abends Sonne und ist ein schöner Platz zum essen. Man kann zum Meer laufen, wenn man kein Problem mit 2,5 km hat. Der Weg ist schön, durch den Wald.

L'appartement est trÚs bien. PlutÎt prevu pour 2 que pour 4. Idealement situé à mi chemin entre le lac et l'ocean dans un espace tres arboré. TrÚs calme. Nous y avons passé 1 semaine trÚs reposante.

Bien mais pourrait ĂȘtre encore mieux

Notre séjour c'est globalement bien passé dans l'appartement de Stéphane ! Les points positifs : le prix, la procédure d'arrivée, souplesse pour l'heure de départ et d'arrivée. La situation est excellente à quelques minutes de vélo du lac, du bord de mer et des premiers commerces. Le logement est adapté à une famille et 2 enfants comme nous. La cuisine est bien équipée, la terrasse un plus. Dans les points d'amélioration, comme indiqué sur d'autres commentaires le ménage superficiel à notre arrivée, pas top pour les familles allergiques et asthmatique comme la nÎtre, bcp de trace d'humidité dans la salle de bain et chambre enfant. Stéphane a su réagir rapidement à la problématique des rideaux qui se decomposaient. Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré tout ...

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen. Es ist ausreichend groß und fĂŒr 2 Personen absolut empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich (englisch), er antwortete bei Fragen umgehend. Kleine EinschrĂ€nkung: fehlendes WLAN und die RĂ€der waren fĂŒr uns uns ungeeignet.

Wir konnten den Urlaub genießen, hatten aber aber vor Ort keine BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher.

Der Vermieter ist davon ausgegangen, dass wir BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher mitbringen und hat uns lediglich einen Einkaufstipp gegeben. Ein Vermieter unserer Freunde hat uns vor Ort Decken und BettwĂ€sche zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr 4 Personen haben wir gekauft. Das war ein stressiger Beginn, der mit einem Hinweis vermieden werden könnte.

AU MILIEU DES PINS

Endroit agréable dans les pins, bien situé, à proximité de la mer et des balades en vélo. Intérieur bien décoré et propre, douche trÚs agréable, bonne literie (lit 140 et non 150), et quelques anomalies signalées au propriétaire qui va donc en tenir compte pour l'avenir, entre autres la fermeture de la piscine hors saison non mentionnée.

Séjour permettant de se déplacer vers les plages, la ville sans prendre la voiture. TrÚs jolies promenades grùce aux pistes cyclables. Le chalet est dans un environnement calme et trÚs jolie décoration.

Logement trĂšs correct en soi (dĂ©coration etc) mais pour 2 adultes et deux enfants/ados (trop petit sinon); infrastructures (piscine etc) un peu vieillottes, mais l’environnement demeure trĂšs agrĂ©able au cƓur de la forĂȘt de pins, et calme. Petit couac avec le menage, qui n’avait Ă©tĂ© que partiel Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, mais bonne communication avec le propriĂ©taire sur le sujet.

Malgré une météo mitigée on a passé une super semaine à Lacanau trÚs reposante avec des belles ballades grùce aux vélos a disposition. A une semaine prÚs on aurait pu profiter de la piscine ! La prochaine fois.
