About this property

This semi-detached villa of 60 m², very bright, tastefully renovated, comprises:
-Living space with tall ceilings (around 5 meters), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven/microwave, electric coffee maker), living area with couch of 3 places and flat screen TV (digital channels).
-A bedroom with double bed and storage space, bedroom upstairs with 2 individual beds, and wardrobe for storage, mezzanine with 1 individual bed, small sofa bed for a kid.
-One bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and storage furniture.
-1 WC
-An entrance with storage space for luggage, and washing machine.
-Terrace with wooden table and built in benches for 6 people. The terrace opens onto the garden (view of the golf course).

The villa was completely renovated. The furniture, bedding, appliances, equipment (accessories, crockery) is new. The decoration of the villa is very meticulous.

The residence is underneath the pine trees, right outside the golf course. Cars have no access to the inside of the residence (2 parking spaces available). The pool is open every day (summer schedule: 8.30 - 20.00) it is secured. The bike path is 50 m from the villa.

Lacanau Ocean is about 1.5 km away (5/10 min on a bike). Bikes are recommended because it is the easiest way to move around and the quickest way to go to the beach or town. There are more than 200 km of paths through the pine forest allowing direct access to Lacanau Ocean and its beaches, Lacanau Lake, Carcans Maubuisson, Porge and Bordeaux. You will find many bike rental places in Lacanau.

Sehr zufrieden

Insgesamt hat es uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Betten waren gemütlich und alles was ein Haushalt braucht war vorhanden. Einzig ein paar gute Schneidemesser und Bretter haben gefehlt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man rasch im Ort. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Platz genug für 5 Personen und Besucher fanden auch noch Platz. Ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Blick in die Pinien. Fahrrad auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, es gibt viele Radwege und Lacanau oder der Lac de Lacanau ist so schnell zu erreichen.

Erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 und 10) in dem niedlichen Haus von Jean-Marc. Und wir haben es wieder sehr genossen - Vielen Dank! Im kleinen Garten ist noch eine weitere Holzterrasse gebaut worden, so dass man noch besser die Pinien und die Ruhe geniessen kann. In 8-10 min. ist man mit dem Rad am Strand und in der kleinen Innenstadt von Lacanau-Océan. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Übergabe und Abnahme mit Sarah lief auch wieder problemlos! Wir würden gerne sehr bald wiederkommen!

Surfers_Paradise

Der Aufenthalt im Lodge war angenehm, weil wir in der Vorsaison ungestört waren. Unangenehm war lediglich der Zustand der Unterkunft nach der langen Winterpause. Starker modriger Geruch kam uns beim Öffnen der Eingangstüre entgegen. Die Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt. Das Hausdach ist an mindestens einer Stelle undicht, sodaß Wasser eindringt. Das Objekt sollte auch in der Zeit der Nichtbelegung gepflegt werden. Es gab für den kompletten Aufenthalt 1 Satz Handtücher bestehend aus 2 Duschhandtüchern und EINEM kleinen Handtuch für 2 Erwachsene. Schade für die ansich tolle Lage des Objekts.
