About this property

Confortable and bright villa, for 6 people, with pool and WiFi.

This semi-detached villa of 60 m², very bright, tastefully renovated, comprises:
-Living space with tall ceilings (around 5 meters), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven/microwave, electric coffee maker), living area with couch of 3 places and flat screen TV (digital channels).
-A bedroom with double bed and storage space, bedroom upstairs with 2 individual beds, and wardrobe for storage, mezzanine with 1 individual bed, small sofa bed for a kid.
-One bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and storage furniture.
-1 WC
-An entrance with storage space for luggage, and washing machine.
-Terrace with wooden table and built in benches for 6 people. The terrace opens onto the garden (view of the golf course).

The villa was completely renovated. The furniture, bedding, appliances, equipment (accessories, crockery) is new. The decoration of the villa is very meticulous.

The residence is underneath the pine trees, right outside the golf course. Cars have no access to the inside of the residence (2 parking spaces available). The pool is open every day (summer schedule: 8.30 - 20.00) it is secured. The bike path is 50 m from the villa.

Lacanau Ocean is about 1.5 km away (5/10 min on a bike). Bikes are recommended because it is the easiest way to move around and the quickest way to go to the beach or town. There are more than 200 km of paths through the pine forest allowing direct access to Lacanau Ocean and its beaches, Lacanau Lake, Carcans Maubuisson, Porge and Bordeaux. You will find many bike rental places in Lacanau.

Great base for a relaxing holiday

Good location for both beach/sea and local lakes. Loved cycling from property to everything we needed. Super clean and Sarah is a very warm and welcoming host. Some elements of property were tired and could do with attention but didn’t spoil our stay.

We had a wonderful week at the house, the house had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Comfortable beds and really nice decoration. Kitchen had everything we needed. A lovely outside area to relax on. The cycle tracks are right alongside the property and was only a short cycle to town or the beaches or lake through the pine forests. The house was perfect!!

Wir haben uns sofort super wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank an Sarah für den netten Empfang und die tolle Verfügbarkeit (sie sorgte sonntags umgehend für die Reparatur eines Türgriffs gesorgt).Wir waren zu fünft (Kinder 6, 10,14) in dem hübschen Haus und die Sorge, es könnte zu klein sein, verflüchtigt sich, denn es ist sehr durchdacht und toll eingerichtet. Es ist ein Reihenendhaus mit ausreichend Garten und Gartentor, das wir für die Räder nutzen konnten und es hat einen Vorraum für Garderobe etc. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr und sogar freiem Stauraum, Kapselkaffeemaschine Philipps D'or etc.Ein grosses Bett ist oben auf der Empore (offen, was uns nicht störte). Im zweiten Raum mit Tür sind zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Räume haben Dachfenster mit Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Trotz Dachfenster war es nie heiss.Den Fernsehbereich mit Couch kann man mit einer Schiebetür schließen. Draußen gibt es grosse Stühle, Liegen, und einen tollen Esstisch im Garten (und Wäschleine). Und der Pool ist 3 Minuten entfernt und sauber. Jeder fand immer seinen Platz. Wir konnten immer draussen essen. Aber drinnen ist ja auch ein grosser Tisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr zufrieden

Insgesamt hat es uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Betten waren gemütlich und alles was ein Haushalt braucht war vorhanden. Einzig ein paar gute Schneidemesser und Bretter haben gefehlt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man rasch im Ort. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Platz genug für 5 Personen und Besucher fanden auch noch Platz. Ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Blick in die Pinien. Fahrrad auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, es gibt viele Radwege und Lacanau oder der Lac de Lacanau ist so schnell zu erreichen.

Erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 und 10) in dem niedlichen Haus von Jean-Marc. Und wir haben es wieder sehr genossen - Vielen Dank! Im kleinen Garten ist noch eine weitere Holzterrasse gebaut worden, so dass man noch besser die Pinien und die Ruhe geniessen kann. In 8-10 min. ist man mit dem Rad am Strand und in der kleinen Innenstadt von Lacanau-Océan. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Übergabe und Abnahme mit Sarah lief auch wieder problemlos! Wir würden gerne sehr bald wiederkommen!

Der Aufenthalt im Lodge war angenehm, weil wir in der Vorsaison ungestört waren. Unangenehm war lediglich der Zustand der Unterkunft nach der langen Winterpause. Starker modriger Geruch kam uns beim Öffnen der Eingangstüre entgegen. Die Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt. Das Hausdach ist an mindestens einer Stelle undicht, sodaß Wasser eindringt. Das Objekt sollte auch in der Zeit der Nichtbelegung gepflegt werden. Es gab für den kompletten Aufenthalt 1 Satz Handtücher bestehend aus 2 Duschhandtüchern und EINEM kleinen Handtuch für 2 Erwachsene. Schade für die ansich tolle Lage des Objekts.

Nice accommodation in the pine woods

The accommodation is well equiped and large enough for 4 adults. A walk to the beach or lacanau ocean is a bit long (30 Minutes) but the foodpaths are very good. Communication was only in french which was okay but more difficult.

Niedliches Domizil in optimaler Lage

Das Häuschen war trotz seiner geringen qm-Zahl optimal eingerichtet und für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) ausreichend. Sehr liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage war super, man war sehr schnell mit dem Rad am Strand oder in der kleinen City von Lacanau-Ocean. Abends konnte man gemütlich auf der kleinen Terrasse sitzen und der Pool war super für einen abendlichen kurzen Sprung ins kühlende Nass. Wir würden sehr gerne bald wiederkommen!

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Golfplatz und Fahrradentfernung zur Ortsmitte und Strand. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei: Jede Menge Strand, Surfschulen, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants, aber auch gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege entlang der Küste und nach Bordeaux. Ausserdem das berühmte Weinanbaugebiet sowie Kultur und Museen in Bordeaux in Reichweite.

Wirklich eine Villa

Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen und mit dem Fahrrad sind wirklich alle wichtigen Orte zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß sonst sehr weit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist großartig. Von allem ist ausreichend vorhanden. Leider sind wir vorher nicht darüber informiert worden, dass der Pool nicht mehr im Betrieb sein würde. Da das mit ein Grund für dieses Haus war, fand ich das schon sehr ärgerlich. Da wünsche ich mir mehr Ehrlichkeit. Aber ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad war zwar klein, aber da wir nur zu zweit waren, hatten wir keine Probleme.
