About this property

3 bedroom house in a calm complex with a shared pool, close to the ocean

Ideal for family holidays, a semi detached house fully equipped for 7 persons. One bedroom and the terrace have the view on the pinewood forest. Many services and activities are available in the complex: swimming pools, bicycle renting, playgrounds, adventure course in trees, restaurant... Close by are golf courses, tennis club, bicycle paths, beaches (ocean and lake).

Three-bedroom house with 3 single beds in the the ground floor bedroom and two king size beds (or 4 single beds) in the two bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom with bath tub (or shower) is on the first floor. The toilets are on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, cooking hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric plancha and washing machine.

Parking is free just outside the house.

Wifi available in the house

Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for 20€ per person. It is important to inform the owner at booking if you will need the bed linens and towels. You will pay for them upon arrival.
The cleaning at the end of your stay is not included. You can either do the cleaning yourself (equipments and products available in the house) or you can decide to subscribe to the cleaning fee (100€). You need to inform the owner at booking if you wish to have the cleaning done, and you will have to pay the 100€ directly to the owner after your booking.
Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays or Sundays in July and August depending on availabilities and after agreement with the owner.

Very nice spaceous house, perfectly situated (about 3 km to Lacanau Ocean centre, and about 3 km to Plage supersud by bike)Quiet area, in the pine forest. Very good equipped.The host speaks perfect English, the communication is very good and she is very helpful.

A nice house, midway between the lake and sea

A good place. 3 decent sized bedrooms. One with a pull out single bed. Could easy sleep 7. We were 5. Toilet downstairs. Shower room upstairs. No issue for us but it's quirky. Great facilities overall. Patio overlooking the forest was a big plus. Other properties have a patio overlooking the driveway and have no privacy. Communal pool excellent. Spa facilities are extra. Endless paths to bike and walk to the sea or lake. We'd come back here. £500 cash deposit to someone with no ID and no receipt, was wierd and I would recommend considering a credit card hold instead. But it all worked out fine in any case.

Thanks Eddie for your remarks on the house. Sorry if it was uncomfortable for the deposit, eventhough it was mentionned on the contract I had sent you ahead of time. We usually ask for checks to French residents, this is why the person didn't have a receipt ready. If you had mentionned it to me before arrival or even on the day of arrival, we could have worked it out differently with a bank transfer for example. Very sorry about that!

Un bon séjour. Le descriptif n’est pas juste ( 2sdb au lieu d une) et pas de wifi. Le prix est trop élevé.

Le descriptif détaillé de l'annonce indique bien une seule salle de bain à l'étage et les WC avec lavabo au RDC. C'est Abritel qui résume cela comme 2 salles de bain dans l'entête! C'est un problème avec Abritel. Le wifi n'est pas coché dans la configuration de l'annonce et je confirme qu'il n'y a pas de wifi dans la villa. Le partage de connexion avec un smartphone est souvent l'option choisie par les locataires.

Ferien in Lacanau Ocean

Im Vitalparc super gelegene Doppelhaushälfte (Terasse unverbaut zum Kiefernwald- daher mehr Privatsphäre), einfache Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung, netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert haben. Innerhalb des Vitalparc war der Kletterpark für unsere Kinder der Renner. Auf der Dorfstrasse empfehlen wir das Eis von Pinocchio: sehr lecker! Nette Idee: eine Grundausstattung (Hygieneartikel, Gewürze, haltbare Lebensmittel) vorzuhalten und dann auch für die nächsten zu hinterlassen. Tipp: nach Möglichkeit Fahrräder mitnehmen, gut ausgebautes Fahrradnetz. Centre Ville ist prima- auch mit Kindern- auf dem Rad zu erreichen. Parkplätze im Ort größtenteils kostenpflichtig, an den Stränden frei. Den Vermietern gehört inzwischen das ganze Haus, von daher auch eine Idee für große Familien oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Gerne wieder :-)

Maison de vacances ideale

Maison tres bien situee car proche de Lacanau ocean. Nous avons pu profiter des prestations du complexe Vitalparc voisin. La nature qui entoure la maison est ideale pour les enfants ainsi que pour les promenades en famille. Maison spacieuse, calme, comfortable et tres fonctionnelle. Nous y retournerons avec tres grand plaisir!!

Villa idéale avec les enfants

Villa louée en juillet 2012, idéalement placée dans la pinède sans vis à vis. Maison très bien équipée et propre, correspondant à la description de l'annonce. Très confortable pour une grande famille. L'endroit est idéal avec des enfants : jeux dans le parc à proximité, possibilité de cours de natation dans la piscine couverte et chauffée, poneys dans le parc. Nous y retournerons.

sympa dans l'ensemble

quelques problèmes de voisinage direct:une bande de jeunes gens dans la maison d'à côté ont littéralement pourri nos soirées et nuit par leur fumée de cigarette et leur "beuveries nocturnes"...les mises au point n'y ont pas suffit!! Enfants de propriétaires, habitués???incompatible avec une envie de calme et de nature...Sinon, l'endroit est très sympa, la location bien équipée (seuls les matelas humides se sont avérés moins agréables), et le contact avec les propriétaires et la personne chargée de l'état des lieux est très bon...nos ados ont apprécié et nous aussi... A réenvisager l'an prochain¨

Les parents de ces jeunes (présents 2-3 jours) ont été contactés et une mise au point sérieuse a été faite. Cela ne se reproduira pas. Il est dommage que les vacanciers aient attendu 2 mois pour exprimer ces problèmes de nuisances au lieu de nous avertir dès le premier soir, nous aurions pu intervenir tout de suite. Quant aux matelas "humides", incompréhension totale !!! Nos matelas sont bien secs et ont tous des protèges matelas imperméables en très bon état. Nous n'avons jamais eu une telle remarque. A noter que ces vacanciers sont tout de même prêts à revenir!

Très agréable séjour dans cette location

Cette location dans les pins est vraiment très bien, calme la maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, les activités dans le parc piscine, poney,etc les enfants ont apprécies et pour nous le spa. Super la chambre qui donne sur la forêt, location bien entretenue. Belle ballade à vélos dans la forêt et les plages pas trop loin. Je conseille cette location on a passé 15 jours formidables, et je pense revenir.

Vacances à Lacanau

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison qui offre toutes les commodités, lave linges et lave vaisselles sont les bienvenus aussi en vacances ! L'idée des propriétaires d'avoir constituer un stock de produits courants tels liquide vaisselle, lessive, huile, sel, etc.... est très appréciable lorsque l'on arrive le premier jour. A renouveller bien sûr en fin de séjour pour les prochains... Une terrasse sans vis à vis si ce n'est les quelques écureuils... bref, un endroit bien agréable situé entre lac et océan

Soleil Calme Nature

Une semaine en famille très réussie. Tous les repas ont pu être pris à l'extérieur face à la pinède. Les jeux, la piscine et la présence des chevaux ont été très appéciés par nos filles. Séjour très agréable que nous renouvellerons certainement dans 2 ou 3 ans.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ; le parc est très agréable; nos jeunes enfants ont adoré (aire de jeux; chevaux;...); la proximité de l'océan est appréciable;le site est magnifique; les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants; le logement est spacieux, avec de nombreux rangements.

Une location à ne pas manquer

Nous avons passé pour les vacances de Pâques un trés agréable séjour dans cette maison qui est spacieuse et trés fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié trouver de l'électroménager neuf. L'emplacement de la villa est idéale pour les enfants car ils peuvent jouer tranquillement au-milieu des pins.
