Wir hatten einen klasse Aufenthalt, sehr netter Empfang durch die Haushälterin, angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, großzügiges Haus, Terrasse und Pool sind toll, Garage hervorragend für Ausrüstung nutzbar, auch für 10 Personen nicht zu klein. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Très bien et agréable

La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention sur le tarif, nous avons été surpris il faut ajouter les draps et le ménage en plus de prix location, ce n'est pas le cas sur d'autres plateformes de location....

La maison est bien faite pour des retrouvailles entre amis. Propre, et bien équipée. L hote de maison etait très facilitatrice , ce qui est toujours un plus ! Assurément il faudra revenir, avec le soleil ce coup ci !

Agréablement reçus par madame Labarthe, nous avons passé quelques jours de vacances dans les meilleures conditions possibles :calme, détente, piscine, maison superbe, centre ville et plage à proximité. Nous nous réjouissons déjà de pouvoir le louer de nouveau l'année prochaine !!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très sympas, dans cette villa très confortable, tant pour la literie que pour les ustensiles culinaires et vaisselle. Franchement rien à dire. Nous sommes rentrés reposés et très contents sur le choix de la région et de la villa. À refaire sans hésitation.

Prestation décevante !

Ce que nous avons apprécié : - la proximité avec le centre ville et la plage - la superficie globale de la maison Ce que nous avons regretté : - Propreté des lieux (objets retrouvés sur place, araignée dans le placard, filtre aspirateur bouché...) - Piscine sale à l'arrivée et aspirateur de piscine HS pendant 3 jours - Equipements extérieurs très bas de gamme (bains de soleil rouillés et qui se cassent à la 1ère utilisation, table rafistolée et bancale, chaise de jardin cassée...) - Plaque de cuisson qui dysfonctionne - La régisseuse habite la maison d'a coté et passe à la villa sans prévenir, ni s'annoncer ! - modalités de règlement pas claires avec proposition de paiement en espèces pour le solde et le ménage. Malgré les désagréments subis pendant le séjour et le ménage réalisé par nos soins, le propriétaire souhaitait tout de même nous faire payer les frais de ménage en espèces !

Je suis désolé que vous ayez vécu une si mauvaise expérience. Je pense que le ton employé n'est pas très approprié. Vous devez être vexé que Michèle vous ai demandé que les jeunes arrêtent de jeter les fauteuils de jardin dans la piscine pour jouer.... Pour tout le reste, je ne lis rien de tout ca dans les autres appréciations ....

La maison est bien située ( proche des commerces et plages ) , nous avons aimé la piscine et agencement de la maison et l’orientation . En revanche la propreté et l’équipement n’était pas celle que l’on attend d’une maison à ce prix . Le propriétaire à été compréhensif .
