It is in Arès, a beautiful town in the basin of Arcachon between Andernos baths and the peninsula of Cap Ferret, we welcome you all year in a beautiful holiday home of 50m2.


Our holiday home has been completely restored in the style of the huts of the basin, it can accommodate up to 6 people with pedestrian access, and consists of:
- A spacious main room with:
Lounge, TV, convertible sofa (sleeping 140), Dining area, Open fitted kitchen
- Shower room, shower, toilet, washbasin. TOILET TOWELS PROVIDED
- Two independent rooms, with beds of 140 and tidying up. LINENS PROVIDED
The whole on a closed garden of 60m2 with living room of garden and barbecue. 2 ADULT BIKES and 2 CHILDREN PROVIDED

The house is close to the city center and bike paths from where you can discover the beaches of Arès, the bathing area of ​​Saint Brice, the salt meadows, the oyster port, the coastal path ...
Arès is also the ideal place to discover the surrounding treasures such as cabins, the cap ferret, the Pilat dune, the bird island, the ocean beaches, Lacanau, the vineyards of Bordeaux ...

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die große Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte bei Problemen zeitnah. Toll. Wir habe so die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen, obwohl zumindest zu Beginn das Wetter nicht recht mitspielte.

Belle location idéalement placée

La location se situe dans un quartier calme près de tous les commerces (moins de 10' à pied pour le centre ville). Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée et reste fraîche malgré les grosses chaleurs extérieures ! Le petit jardin est très agréable. La plage de St Brice aménagée, idéale pour les enfants est à 5' en voiture et les plages de l'océan à 15-20'. La location jouxte la maison du propriétaire qui a été très disponible tout en restant discret !

On y est retourné!

Voilà! Nous y sommes retourné une année après! Il faut dire que cela ne valait pas la peine de chercher ailleurs! Cette cabane est top et les propriétaires vraiment sympatriques, très accueillants et sans complications. Tout reste est déjà très bien décrit dans les autres appréciations.déco, calme, situation idéale... tout est là pour passer de très bon moments. Allez-y sans hésitez!

Lieu de villégiature agréable et accueillant

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans le gîte cosy de Dani et Céline. Il est très bien conçu et idéal pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons eu à disposition tout le matériel de puériculture nécessaire. Il est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la piste cyclable : ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du Bassin en toute liberté ! Cerise sur le gâteau : les propriétaires sont très accueillants ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !

maison charmante

un ptit endroit calme idéal pour des vacances farnientes, au niveau de l'habitation tout a été dit dans les appréciations précédentes et rien à rajouter. nous tenions à remercier les propriétaires pour leurs gentillesses et leurs disponibilités. les vélos sont très appréciables car il y a de très jolies ballades dans les pins et franchement la voiture on l'oublie vite... Enfin Arès est un endroit très agréables avec tout ces commerces et ses cabanes ostréicoles. à bientôt pour de prochaines vacances...

Excellent séjour et belle découverte!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce petit havre de paix bien arrangé, propre, à la fois fonctionnel et charmant. Nous nous sommes sentis bien très vite, comme chez nous! Céline et Daniel sont des hôtes très accueillants et attentifs. Le petit jardin privatif se prête aussi bien aux petits déjeuners dégustés en compagnie du chant des oiseaux qu’aux dîners qui s’étirent avec le coucher du soleil. Arès est une petite ville paisible et il y a beaucoup à voir aux alentours. Nous y retournerons assurément avec plaisir!

Une belle découverte

Une belle découverte que cette petite maison ainsi que cet endroit. Ares et ses alentours regorgent d'activités à découvrir. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût le jardin sans vis à vis est très agréable pour profiter des barbecues, apéros et siestes.... La mise à disposition des vélos est rare est très appréciable pour passer des vacances sans voiture. Une remarque toute particulière pour l'accueil qui nous est réservé par les propriétaires discrets mais tout à notre disposition pour nous donner les meilleurs plans. Une adresse à conserver....

Petite maison au top!

Petit coin de paradis! La maison est magnifique, propre et possède tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de superbes vacances sans se prendre la tête! Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les draps de lit et les serviettes de bain sont misent à disposition ce qui permet de voyager un peu plus léger. Félicitation pour la déco qui est très bien faite. Tout est cohérent et de très bon goût. Nous avons d’ailleurs pris quelques très bonnes idées avec nous ! Endroit calme et reposant. Jardin privatif très sympathique et qui se prête à merveille pour les grillades, apéros et petites siestes sur les chaises longues qui sont elles aussi misent à disposition. Céline et Daniel sont vraiment très attentionnés (merci pour la bouteille de « Cabanares » pour notre arrivée) et nous conseillent très bien pour les activités à faire, restaurants et tout ce dont on a besoin. Visiter le port ostréicole d’Arès a été un vrai plaisir et ces restaurants, un vrai régal ! Et que dire des plages… Nous n’avons malheureusement pas utilisé les vélos mis à disposition mais cela nous donne une bonne excuse pour y retourner et découvrir encore plus de choses. Bref, nous avons adoré cet endroit et c’est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous y retournerons. PS: Petit coucou à toute l'équipe de "l'Île aux affaires"!

Au TOP! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Cabanarès. Les propriétaires sont vraiment aux petits soins pour que tout se passe le mieux possible. La maison est superbe, propre, chaleureuse, on s'y sent vraiment très bien. La petite terrasse est une invitation au farniente (et aux apéros!). Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!
