By boat, by bike, on foot or by car discover the Arcachon basin by asking your suitcases ARES authentic village located at the beginning of the peninsula of Cap Ferret. Ares is very well positioned for exploring by bike basin (bicycle path at 100m) or by car (Cap Ferret: 25km, 50km Arcachon), travel to Bordeaux: 45 kms) where taste the wines of the Medoc.

Beautiful property in a great location

Beautifully decorated property in a lovely location. The town of ares is wonderful and the house is located 300m walk to some absolutely wonderful boulangeries. The property itself is immaculately clean and is very well equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The kitchen has an abundance of utensils and the garden is well equipped with nice furniture and an outdoor grill. The property has 3 bikes for use which would be great for the local area although we never used them in the end. The house is very modern and tastefully decorated and was very relaxing. We stayed during a heatwave so just note that there is only aircon available in the upstairs bedroom with the single beds however Carole was very accommodating and rapidly organised for us to have a fan to utilise for our stay which was very kind.

Sehr schönes Haus, nette Vermieter. Schäden wurden sofort repariert. Danke auch für die Hilfe bezüglich der Krankheit unserer Tochter. Die Fahrräder sind sehr gut. Leider konnten wir sie wegen Erkrankung nur einmal nutzen. Wir waren am Plage Crohot am Cap Ferret und in Arcachon. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Straße in Arèa, nette Nachbarschaft und man konnte mit dem Trolley einkaufen. Fühlten uns wie zu Hause.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour ! Maison pleine de charme

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la maman de la propriétaire. Après une visite de la maison à la décoration très soignée et dans laquelle rien ne manque, nous avons eu quelques conseils précieux pour nos prochaines visites. L’emplacement est idéal pour les petites courses du quotidien, Leclerc Drive à 5mn en voiture de la maison. Les commerçants sont accueillants (mention spéciale pour Little Cat et Astropizza). La région est magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le marché hebdomadaire d’Arès, les rues piétonnes d’Andernos, les plages le long du bassin d’Arcachon.

Logement tout à fait conforme à la description où l’on se sent bien ! Propre bien décoré bien équipé … rien à redire Très bien situé pour aller à pieds dans le centre d ares ! Prêt de vélos vraiment le plus … Bref c’était super !

Super séjour à Arès, maison très agréable et très bien équipée, très spacieuse pour nous 3 (2adultes et 1 enfant). Vélos à dispo (pour les adultes) en parfait état et avec panier. Terrasse petite mais agréable et suffisante pour manger. Voisins un peu proche donc bruits extérieurs occasionnels. Les hôtes accueillants, sympathiques et réglo. Maison bien placée, proche du centre, du bassin et des pistes cyclables. Gendarmerie dans la rue à sens unique donc pas bruyant! C'est une adresse que l'on va conserver pour un prochain séjour !

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille à Arès. La maison est propre, bien équipée et décorée. Les enfants comme les parents ont chacun leur espace. Nous avons apprécié sa localisation proche des commerces et centrale pour visiter les bassin d’Arcachon.

Super emplacement, ideal pour famille de 3/4 enfants

Tous les commerces se trouvent a proximité. Possibilité d'aller au marché a pieds, à la plage, au port ostréicole. Piste cyclable à proximité qui permet d'aller de part et d'autre du bassin

Très belle maison au calme

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour avec 2 enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Maison très bien équipée , en très bon état , spacieuse . Très bel extérieur . Située à 2 pas des commerces . Endroit très calme .

Arès est une petite ville du Bassin bien située et au calme. A pieds, vous avez tous les commerces de proximité dont vous avez besoin. Une retenue d'eau (salée) très proche en vélo et bien sûr le bassin avec ses marées. L'annonce est fidèle, la maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été accueilli par la maman de la propriétaire. C'était une agréable rencontre, merci à elle.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben im Oktober 2021 zwei Wochen Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. In dem Haus habe wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und man hat ausreichend Platz, sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Zudem standen uns 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit denen wir die Umgebung erkunden können. Im Ort gibt es zwei Bäcker, einen Metzger und dienstags ist Markt. Den lokalen Supermarkt fanden wir nicht so toll, große Supermärkte sind aber am Ortsrand von Arés gut zu erreichen. Alles in alles ein schöner Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt - gerne wieder

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Très jolie maison bien équipée. Quartier central mais calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vélos mis a disposition (en parfait état) et la proximité des pistes cyclables menant au Bassin et a l’océan. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
