This beautiful, rural style, villa is located near Dubrovnik airport, in quiet village of Mocici. With airport a minute away, beach 5 minutes drive away, this villa provides peace and rest to its guests, just a step away from all major locations.
Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, spacious living room and kitchen and big garden with swimming pool.
Each room has smart tv and it´s air conditioned.
Main entrance is from a private parking on north side of the villa. Once you enter downstairs is living room, kitchen and exit to garden with swimming pool. Living room, dining room and kitchen occupy entire ground floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the devices needed. Oven, 4 ring stove, microvave, dish-washer...,basically everything you need. Property is fenced so you have full privacy. Garden is facing south and sun is shining all day long. Around the pool there is enough space for chairs. Pool has also jetted tub installed.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms have doublebeds. All are facing south, and the room on the right has a beautiful terrace.
There are 3 toilets inside the house, 2 in bedrooms and one downstairs.
This villa is located in Konavle. Konavle is reminiscent of Tuscany, with it's rolling green hills, speckled with traditional little villages. Visit local restaurants in the valley that serve meat specials and trouts, or go to Cavtat(5 minutes drive) and enjoy seafood. There are all sorts of daytime acctivites in Konavle like horse riding, atv safari, jeep safari, wine tasting, traditional dances show each sunday, water sports in Cavtat...
An easy drive is Dubrovnik, and you can enjoy its history and entertainment, a number of ferries depart from there to nearby islands, as well as the National park, on the Island of Mljet.
Montenegro border is 10 minutes drive away and we suggest visiting bay of Kotor.

Authentic Croatian Stay

Everyone in my family loved this house. Beautiful property and authentic croatian house. Grounds are lovely, and great pool. Hosts were very friendly and lots of small touches around the house. Market and restaurant within 5 minute walk, and short drive to Cavtat.

Wonderful!

From the very start, our time spent at Villa Nina was wonderful! Julianz had snacks of meat, bread, cheese, along with some drinks waiting for us. Our visits to Dubrovnik were amazing. We wish we had more time here and hope to come back one day.

The host & family were absolutely fantastic, they went above and beyond our expectations, and we can't thank them enough! They even picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night! The villa itself is absolutely stunning, perfect location, immaculate inside and out! The pool was heated nicely, and made all the difference. We really appreciated the welcome snacks! Highly recommended by us all - thank you Lucijana!

Throughly enjoyed

Very clean, comfortable home. Owners met us showing the home. Left us several delicious trays of canapés. They were yummy! Also some wine. Backyard is beautiful and being close to store, restaurants was nice. The pool was very clean. Highly recommend.

Fabulous villa & hospitality

Lovely villa conveniently located for the airport; supermarket + restaurant within 5 min walk. Cavtat is approx. 10min drive away which has numerous restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. Wonderful hospitality showed not only during our stay, but throughout both the booking process as it was unclear we would be able to travel. The owners genuinely care about their guests and we would certainly recommend this villa.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful area!

From booking to arrival, Lucijana made everything easy and still made sure we were met at the villa (with two lovely boards of meze) even though we were delayed and it was 11pm. The villa is just stunning. The beds were comfy and everything was spotless. The outside area is beautiful with lots of lovely places to sit and relax. You can walk up to the supermarket in a couple of minutes (which is very well stocked with everything you need at reasonable prices) and its a 5 minute taxi ride to Cavtat which is stunning with lots of restaurant and bars. You can get a boat from here to the Islands or to Dubrovnik. When you add in the fact that its literally 2 minutes from the airport (but not too noisy as I feared!!) it makes it a super convenient spot. We will be back!

Perfect holiday villa.

The villa is lovely with a great outside area and several seating areas. We were welcomed with complimentary cheese and wine, which was fantastic! Delicious fresh figs were also delivered by the owners. The owners couldn't do enough for us, making sure our stay was as peaceful and relaxing as possible. The villa is right next to the airport, perfect for us because people had different arrivals times but it did not feel as though you were as close as you are. It's an easy drive or taxi into beautiful Cavtat and Dubrovnik and there is a little pizzeria and supermarket within a five minute walk. We were so happy with our stay - no negative points about the whole experience!

Family holiday

Fabulous property. Very clean with everything you would need in a villa and more. A family run property which means there is great attention to detail. From early check in and lunch on arrival to the fresh salad/vegetable baskets that were left for us a couple of times during our stay, everything was perfect. Literally 5 mins from the airport but very little noise and in a quiet residential area. Supermarket and restaurant just 5 minutes walk and Cavtat, which is a beautiful port with good restaurants and the water taxi to Dubrovnik is just a 10 minute drive. We had a great holiday, thank you Lucijana 😀

Beautiful villa with rustic charm in a countryside location.

From the moment that we arrived, it was clear that the Brautovic family are experienced in the art of hospitality. Prior to our holiday, communication was prompt, efficient and helpful. On arrival, a welcome platter of fresh food for our first evening was greatly appreciated. This was followed beautifully presented baskets of home grown fruit and vegetables throughout our stay. The villa itself is spotless, the rooms well decorated and spacious and its homely, rustic charm makes it a perfect setting for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in a countryside location. The 'Domestico' restaurant is conveniently located just a few minutes walk away. The food and service are excellent, the menu is reasonably priced and the food is of an exceptionally high standard. We hired a car and visited Dubrovnik, nearby Cavtat, the Trsteno Arboretum , Molunat and Sokol Grad. We also took the ferry to Lokrum Island, which is well worth a visit too. We would highly recommend 'Villa Nina' - You will certainly not be disappointed! We have stayed in several villas and this one is without a doubt a firm favourite. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Great stay

Lovely house. Hosts very friendly and helpful. You do need a car or as we did we used Uber which actually worked out much cheaper and easier when you travel to the likes of old Dubrovnik

Luxury property

Absolutely everything you need for a great experience. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Close to airport but really no noise. Quiet neighbourhood with nearby grocery store and restaurant. Awesome trail among the trees to Cavtat - take a taxi or Uber back if you want to avoid the uphill return. We would definitely book it again.

Wonderful villa and owners

Enjoyed a week here (May 19). The villa is wonderful, in a quiet part of town but a great base to explore Dubrovnik/Catvat/Croatia, exactly what we wanted! The owners were very helpful and provided some great information like a car hire contact. My family are already discussing our return.

Beautiful villa well situated for access to Dubrovnik Old Town.

We loved our stay at Vila Nina in October 2018. Despite being late in the season the weather was great & the fantastic pool was warm enough for us to enjoy every day. The owners are very accommodating & cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable, they even brought us several boxes of fruit & veg from their small farm next door. The villa itself is only 5 minutes from the airport but any aircraft noise is not intrusive. We are a family of four but the villa could easily accommodate six people. The garden is very pleasant & well kept with several seating areas. Inside the villa is finished & equipped to a very high standard, & immaculately clean. There is a small supermarket & restaurant within walking distance but not much else, a hire car is pretty much essential. Cavtat is only 10 minutes drive away & is a really beautiful town with several small beaches & loads of bars & restaurants. Dubrovnik is also best reached by boat-trip from Cavtat. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to family & friends.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our one week stay at Villa Nina was outstanding in every way. The setting and property are beautifully maintained making for a very pleasant environment outside and a remarkably comfortable one inside. This experience set the gold bar for a VRBO location with lovely surroundings, a house you could stay in forever, hosts that are warm, helpful and generous. The owners reside next door and were readily available to answer any questions, provided an extraordinary welcome with trays of food & wine and on top of that brought us fresh garden produce twice during our stay! The house is equipped to meet any and all needs and we lacked for nothing - lots of extras in terms of towels and household goods. The house was also spotlessly clean, offered a relaxing atmosphere and lots of space for our group of 6. Bedrooms were lovely with two bath ensuites and the third bedroom had a private bath on the lower level. Outdoors, there were cozy places to curl up with a book, eat a meal or swim in the beautiful pool. Cannot say enough about how attractive and tasteful the outdoor space is with pretty flowers and well appointed trees - exceptionally well maintained. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a nice little restaurant with a good menu, both offering convenient and long hours. Depending on the time of year, there is dining on a nearby property but we were late in the season (Oct) for that but understand it offers dinners of excellent quality. We had the most wonderful stay and would give Villa Nina and our hosts 10 stars if we could as it exceeded all expectations!

Lovely Villa, lovely people.

We (six of us) thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Nina and could not be made more welcome by the Brautovic family. There was lots to do : walking to Cilipi or Cavtat, boat to Dubrovnic (avoid cruise ship days though !), driving to Sokol Grad or Molunat. The local supermarket and restaurant nearby make it so easy to enjoy, relax and spend time around the villa too. Highly recommended.

Superbe villa très agréable

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa qui est très agréable à vivre, spacieuse et calme. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue avec un très beau jardin. Dulio et sa famille sont des hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Ils entretiennent parfaitement la maison, le jardin et la piscine. Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait un superbe repas avec des tapas et du vin et régulièrement des fruits et légumes du jardin. La villa est particulièrement bien située en période estivale : proche de Cavtat qui est un joli village et pas trop loin de Dubrovnik où il y a beaucoup de monde. Nous recommandons fortement la villa.
