Below expectations.....Disappointing
Horrible check in experience. The unit wasn't ready until 7:15pm on the day of arrival. This is unacceptable when paying what you do for the townhome. The property management representative was very rude when asked about why the unit hadn't been cleaned. The cleaning service lead was also very rude and never once apologized for unit not being ready. The excuses of being understaffed would have been acceptable if they had just been polite about the delay. The front porch lawn chair collapsed while someone was sitting in it waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. The master bathroom shower was clogged and wouldn't drain. We just fixed it ourselves. One bedroom box fan had a broken blade. The microwave was barely attached to the cabinetry and felt like it was going to fall off the wall. The owner of the unit doesn't give you access to their bikes (locked up). I think this is the first time this has happened in 40 years of coming to Sunriver. The air conditioning is not powerful enough to cool upstairs. A couple broken knives in drawers. Eaglewood pool area is not what it used to be pretty dirty. Even though the unit has been renovated and looks great it looks like owners have cut corners in maintaining the unit. We don't recommend this rental.
