Pole house 99 was a gem of a place, especially for the price. The house as bigger than expected, it was very clean and cozy. The area is very quiet and easy to get to the village. We will definitely be going back again.

This cabin was a definite win for our girls weekend. Cozy & quaint! Everything we needed & room for everyone. Beautiful scenery & amazing weather that weekend. Hot tub was a nice touch. Definitely would stay here again!

The location was great, easy to get around in Sunriver, close to the market area. The hot tub was very nice, really enjoyed using it. My husband found that the thermostat for inside was broken, so it probably needs some attention, but it wasn't a problem for us during our stay.

Great location to Sharc and Meadows golf course. We arrived a little early and were told we’d have to pay extra to get in at 2:00 versus 4:00. I didn’t get the impression it was due to housekeeping not being ready. I’ve never had to pay extra to get in a bit early at any other rentals. It’s either “no problem” because the place was ready or “sorry” because it wasn’t ready yet. The photos also shows a nice outdoor patio set. When we arrived there were 4 metal old-school folding chairs and no table. Such a great view and weather but sitting out on metal folding chairs wasn’t much fun. When I communicated my disappointment, I just received a “sorry about that” response. Not sure what could have been done anyway. Some may also want to note the very wide gap from deck to railing on deck if with small dogs or kids. The rest of the house was as expected. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.
