Ground floor studio for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) very close to the ponant pond. Collective parking in secure residence. In a very quiet area (Ponant).

Fully equipped: 1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds in the cabin, mattress covers and pillows provided except sheets and household linen, 1 table and 4 chairs, vacuum cleaner, kitchenette equipped with 2 electric hot plates, dishes and kitchen utensils, washing machine , Senseo coffee maker, microwave, mini oven, toaster, fridge freezer, TV, light fixture with fan, bathroom with shower. 1 table and 6 chairs, 1 bench and an electric barbecue on the terrace.

City center and beaches 10 mins by foot or 5 mins by bike by foot.

Shops nearby: bakery, convenience store, press, bars, restaurants, laundromat, tennis, tree climbing course, water ski lift, fishing, golf, rowing base, water sports on the Ponant (except scooter and ski jets prohibited), water park (large blue).

L’hôte met tout à disposition jusqu’au vélo

Tout est parfait. Tant au point de vue vaisselle qu’appareil électrique. Même les vélos sont disponibles à titre gracieux et sont essentiel aux déplacements dans cette charmante station balnéaire. L’extérieur est agréable et arboré. Que du bonheur !
