This is a "NEW" 1860 square foot palace, with 5 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 3 Queens, 1 separate rooms with twin beds) 3 full baths , outside shower, laundry room, 2 zones of ac/heat, built in salt water pool!!! Mahogany deck, vaulted 22' ceilings, Nine foot ceilings on the first floor, unbelievable oak floors throughout, large dining table, center island, TV's in 4 bedrooms...55" tv in family room minutes to the beach and town.
