What a beautiful house with a heated pool so close to town for ANYTHING one needs.... the owner was in touch consistently and made the experience that much better... highly recommend and we will come back again!!

Our family had a lovely vacation!! Would highly recommend this home. Heated pool was the best and our children really enjoyed it. David responded to us quickly and was very nice. We love fire island and usually stay in Seaview. Had a blast staying in Ocean Beach and being so close to the town.

The stay on the island was AMAZING!! From the house, the view, unique island living, and I could go on & on!! I would suggest this home for sure and the owner was AMAZING from the time we booked till check out!!

Great location with a beautiful view

The property was located perfectly for our group of 10, short walk to town and quiet enough to enjoy our morning coffee and sunsets before we went out. The pool was amazing... even in the beginning of June and and the outdoor shower even better!!

Beautiful, recently renovated, corner lot home with great bay views and a gorgeous pool (uncommon on Fire Island). Great outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out. We loved our stay and David was very helpful and a great communicator.

Memorial Day weekend rental

The rental home was beautiful and one of the nicer ones we have stayed in. Great location just outside of town, far enough to avoid the craziness that can occur on weekends (and especially holidays), but still close enough to be convenient. Very nice views of the bay. Heated pool a definite bonus for the kids. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with if there are any questions. Overall a great stay. Would rent here again and certainly would recommend.

Stunning home with bay views

Gorgeous, freshly remodeled home with lovely bay views throughout. A very comfortable house. Communication with owner was great - he was extremely helpful and responsive.

Beautiful house with amazing pool

We had a fantastic time at this house. We booked it for 10 days, and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was recently completely renovated, and also has a beautiful new saltwater pool. The location is very convenient on the bay side of Ocean Beach, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Nothing to complain about!

Great family vacation house!

We had a terrific week with our whole family of 9, parents, grandparents and younger kids. The house is perfect, close to town and the beach. The pool is perfect for days you don't want to beach it. There are bikes and water toys and the kitchen is great for making big meals. The owner is great and very communicative before, during, and after the stay. We'll probably be back next year. Highly recommend!

Forever Memories in Fire Island!

The home was immaculate, the manager was amazing, the whole experience was really incredible. I stayed here with my cousins and best friends and their kids. It was 3 adults, 4 kids ages ranging from 6-17 and everyone had the best time. It was our first time in fire island and we will definitely come back and for sure reach out to the owner to rent here again. The house was AMAZING. Thanks for the memories!

The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. It's an easy walk from the Ocean Beach ferry station. Great little deli/ pantry a block away. Straight walk over to the beach.We loved the pool (salted) so nice and enjoyed the deck every evening.The outdoor shower was a plus and a great way for us to rinse off the sand from the beach. The kids explore the island on bikes. The two TV areas was so great for movie night!My favorite was the upstair deck and seating area where we saw every sunset.David was very communicative and accommodating to our needs. I would defintely rent again. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Wonderful house and location!

This house was perfect for our family. The location is ideal: a two minute walk into town, with a lovely view of the bay and an easy stroll to the beautiful beach. The sunsets from the top deck were gorgeous. What a delightful place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The deck with the pool is spacious, with plenty of seating and a great grill. The nighttime lighting and Somos speakers added to the ambiance. David was an attentive host. We also appreciated the abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and towels. Highly recommend!

Beach chic

This was our first time in Fire Island and Dave’s communication was superb. He gave us a lot of information regarding shipping items and restaurants. The house is newly renovated with chic decor and an amazing heated saltwater pool. The house has a nice, comfortable open layout with 2 tv rooms. Large casual dining table and plenty of counterstool space. Large bedrooms. Deck off the 2nd floor master perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or sipping a cocktail. Plenty of bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and big cart to carry your stuff. We enjoyed the house very much and would recommend it!

THE BEST VACATION EVER!!!!!

This vacation experience was THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. From the scheduling and planning until the day after we returned home. David was beyond amazing and helpful every step of the way. He went above and beyond any other property owner I have ever met. He truly cares about not only his home, but about your family’s experience. He was always available via text or phone to answer any questions we may have had. He was very helpful and accommodating. The house was even more beautiful than we expected!!!! Immaculate is an understatement. The linens were beautiful. The towels were plush. And the beds were soooo comfortable, we slept so comfortably. The air conditioning was amazing too. The pool was fantastic… having a heated pool on Fire Island was amazing. It was so clean as well. We loved the Sonos music feature outside whenever we were using the pool… it gave “resort vibes” all day. The views are incredible…. The sunsets are especially amazing from the upstairs balcony. I laid out there at night just to star gaze. I could go on and on. There will never be enough words to describe this house or this experience. David really made us feel as though we were close personal friends of his who he allowed to use his house.

Paradise on the Bay!!

My husband and I visited last week to celebrated our babymoon, and we could not have been happier!! As soon as we walked into the house, his first comment was "this is one of the few times that the pictures don't do the house justice. It's that great!". The house was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's super conveniently located with a quick walk to town (2 minutes) and a straight shot to the beach (10 minutes). It's also fully stocked with bikes, so if you wanted to save time heading to the beach or take a ride to OBP you easily could. It also had LOTS of beach equipment (coolers, wagon, chairs, umbrella, games, etc.) so super easy to pick up & go in the morning! But truly, we actually found it hard to decide if we wanted to spent our day at the beach or on the back deck by the pool since the area was SO GREAT! The pool is heated which was great since we visited the week of Memorial Day Weekend & the temperatures was in the high 60s - low 70s and windy. Having the deck area when it felt just a little too cool on the beach allowed us to still enjoy every minute. The upstairs balcony also provided us with the most beautiful private sunset views! It really made the experience so special (especially for a 30 week pregnant lady.) Additionally, I couldn't have better things to say about working with David! He was so sweet and stayed in touch regularly to answer any of our questions. WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!

Great spot in Ocean Beach

The house was perfect for a 2-family vacation: enough space for all 8 of us without ever feeling crowded or lonely. The deck space is gorgeous with the pool. Having Sonos available was a nice touch. David was available to answer questions whenever we needed any information or help. It’s a short walk to the busy part of Ocean Beach with all the restaurants etc but far enough to get away from the noise and crowds. Loved it!

Fabulous house!!

What a lovely home! Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful bay views from the living room and master bedroom. And we spent each evening watching amazing sunsets from the second floor deck and/or pool area. David was always accessible and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!
