On the Opal Coast, Near Le Touquet, Charming Cottage located in the seaside resort of Stella Plage, in the heart of the pine forest and close to the sea.
Residential and wooded area, quiet and not overlooked, mature garden, neat contemporary decoration, various nautical and sports activities nearby, beach, golf courses, tennis, cycle path in front of the house, etc .....
The cottage is a new semi-detached single storey construction, very bright comprising:
a living room with wood-burning fireplace and French window with direct access to the south-facing terrace, fully equipped American kitchen with central island for convivial meals, a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
A large paved terrace of around 30m2 will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, wooden garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Enclosed garden, parking space and independent access.
Electric gate, automatic exterior ignition.
Stella Plage, a seaside resort dedicated to nature and your well-being ........

Vielen lieben Dank an Frederic. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Eine Wucht sind die Bäume im Garten und das Rotkelchen immer gerne gesehen. Sehr ruhig, aber zentral gelegen. Nicht weit zum Strand und zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es ist ideal gelegen um Ausflüge an der Cote d‘ Opal zu unternehmen. Frédéric ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hatte viele gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen für uns. Er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nochmal wiederkommen.

Wir (mein Mann und unsere erwachsene Tochter) haben wunderbare 2 Wochen in Frederics gut ausgestattetem und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden. Auch unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im Hof abstellen. Der Weg zum Strand mit dem Rad dauerte etwa 5 Minuten. Überhaupt bot das Ferienhaus eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für diverse Unternehmungen und Ausflüge an der Opalküste. Frederic hatte uns gleich zu Beginn mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt, war sehr offen und herzlich und sprach gut Englisch, was die Kommunikation erleichterte. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Auch wenn die Temperaturen nur knapp über 20 Grad lagen, hatten wir dennoch kaum Regen. Ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Frederic!

Ruhige Lage, auch wenn die Straße vor dem Haus anderes befürchten lies. Es war auch nachts sehr ruhig und wenig Verkehr.Schöne große Terrasse, gute Ausstattung. Das zweite Zimmer ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Gut für Familie mit Kindern, für 4 Erwachsene vielleicht etwas beengt.Frederik, unser Gastgeber, ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und hatte immer gute Tips zur Region.Dabei ist er als Nachbar fast unsichtbar.Wir haben sehr erholsame und schöne 2 Wochen geniessen können.

Unser Aufenthalt in Cucq war rundum gelungen! Die Lage nahe der Küste ist günstig – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder Rad am weiten, sauberen Strand, der in dieser Jahreszeit ideal zum Spazierengehen ist.Die Unterkunft war gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Umgebung – perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Gleichzeitig ist Cucq ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region.Frederic ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Le logement est très bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le jardin est très agréable et au calme. La communication avec Frédéric, le propriétaire, est très facile. Encore merci pour la mise à disposition des vélos qui nous permis de nous rendre à la plage plus facilement !

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man so braucht. Über Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekocher, Waschmaschine und sogar ein Föhn bis hin zum Grill bietet sie vieles. Sie ist für 4, maximal 5 Leuten konzipiert. Der Vermieter, der übrigens sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, hat eine sehr hilfreiche Mappe zusammengestellt, mit den Wichtigsten Informationen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu in der Nähe.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Stella plage mit kilometerlangem Sandstrand und wir durften auch unseren Hund mitbringen! Vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus und der Garten liegen ruhig und trotzdem zentral...10 min Autofahrt zum Strand. Der Vermieter hatte alles gut vorbereitet. Belle semaine malgré météo mitigée lors de notre arrivée. Gîte conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Équipement complet. Certains espaces sont assez petits (sdb et chambre enfants): à juste titre vu le peu de temps que l'on y passe. Pour compenser, différents placards et rangements ont été pensés de manière à compléter judicieusement ces espaces. En revanche, l'espace séjour cuisine est vaste et très lumineux, de sorte à ce que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Extérieurs arborés et pas de vis à vis. Grande terrasse. Propriétaire disponible et sympa. La plage n'est pas loin et le stationnement gratuit. Pizza et restaurants de qualité à proximité. Idem commerce (grande surface ou produits du terroir selon les goûts). Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr!

Für zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind war das Haus ideal. Wunderbar gelegen, herrliche Terrasse, der nette Vermieter hat uns Fahrräder für Ausflüge kostenlos bereitgestellt. Von Stella Plage aus kann man schnell nach Le Touquet und Berck, aber auch an die Caps und ins schöne St. Valery. Unterm Strich: super!

Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, joli petit cottage, avec belle vue sur le jardin et les pins. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir accéder très facilement aux commerces et à toute la côte, et l'entrée facile grâce au portail à ouverture automatique.
