Built in 2017, great location, steps to Old Garden Beach, Headlands (green space at head of harbor), and downtown. Designer kitchen opens to a sunlit dining area with large farmhouse table. LR w/floor to ceiling granite fireplace, baby grand piano, flat screen and surround sound. French doors open to your private deck with hot tub, circular seating around fire pit, dining table and Weber grill overlooking the Headlands & Atlantic Ocean. Second floor includes the MB suite with a built in king and large walk in shower & double sinks with expansive ocean views. Second ( king) and third bedroom (queen) share a bath and full laundry room. Third floor living space offers comfortable couches, with large screen TV & surround sound, day bed that sleeps 2, table area and desk area all with 270 degree views of Sandy Bay. Start your day with the sunrise from the 3rd floor morning coffee deck, watch sailboat races during lunch and sip your wine watching a sunset from the hot tub or the western facing deck warming by the fire from the gas stove for those cool summer nights. All fully air conditioned. Ample parking for three cars.

Rockport Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Rockport. The house was spotless, well maintained, and updated throughout — both inside and out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious decks, and the peaceful water views. Bruce and Betsy were fantastic hosts and incredibly responsive to anything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, the Headlands, and downtown Rockport. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thanksgiving Week

The home was a perfect and beautiful getaway with our adult children for Thanksgiving week. Stunning ocean views from nearly every room plus a well appointed kitchen made this the ideal location for enjoying drinks in front of the fire, views from third floor balconies and family meals in the dining room. Home is located just a few minutes walk to downtown Rockport for visiting shops, art galleries and dining.

This was our second time at the property. Really appreciate how easy it is to stay at the rental and how clean it always is. Perfect location to town (Bearskin Neck) and the beach. We had a mix of weather this trip and it was still wonderful as you have a variety of activities nearby and can enjoy the view from inside if raining. Thank you!

Perfect stay for the third time

We love this home, super clean and well cared for. Perfect location for Rockport where you can walk to the beach or town easily. Even on rainy days you still have a wonderful view. Betsy and Bruce are wonderful hosts and always very responsive with any questions. Our entire family loves returning year after year.

Perfect Family Gathering

This house was beautiful in every aspect! The location was perfect so we could walk into town to enjoy the holiday festivities. The living room provided plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy each other while also enjoying the wonderful views! The kitchen was a dream and provided everything needed to cook a meal. Would definitely recommend this for your next vacation in Rockport!

Gorgeous Rockport location!

Gorgeous Rockport home located right on the oceanfront walking paths, we enjoyed the ocean views and smells being so close to the water. The neighborhood and community was so very friendly, offering us friendly greetings and suggestions for hikes and places to eat. The home is meticulously designed with such thoughtfully chosen local art, open layout, heated floors, and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. A quick, scenic walk into town brings shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. The location was perfect! Thanks again Betsy and Bruce for sharing your home with us - You have thought of everything and this is one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in!

Most Comfortable, Spacious & Relaxing Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was most comfortable for our family of 6 adults and the open floor plan allowed us to have family join us for dinner one evening. The home is beautiful, very clean and well-appointed; its many windows allowed us to enjoy beautiful views from every room. The location was perfect, close to the shops on and around Bearskin Neck and just a short drive to the grocery store. The owners were most helpful when we had questions and never made us feel like we were imposing upon their time. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again. 5 stars all around.

Gorgeous House!!

We attended a wedding in Rockport and absolutely loved this house! Owners were helpful and always quick to answer any questions. House is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and filled with thick fluffy towels and quality linens. Well stocked kitchen and two bikes made our stay even more comfortable. The Old Garden area is stunningly beautiful, with walking paths throughout the area and a nice beach (rocky more than sandy, but very pretty) less than a 3 minute walk from the house. Walking into town was also very easy and convenient. Totally recommend:)

We Love This Rental Property

This was our second stay in this home; it is truly beautiful and well-located - a quick, scenic walk into the town of Rockport, or to Bearskin Neck.. The home owners are very hands-on, warmly welcoming us to their home and checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The home is perfect for my family of adults with a bright first floor laid out very nicely, ideal for gathering together whether around the kitchen, in the family room or around a lovely, large farm table. The bedrooms are all very comfortable with attached baths and there’s a bonus third floor with expansive views and an extra bed for over flow. The home is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking/dining with a large group. We cannot wait to return to this property.

Amazing property with wonderful hosts

Home is even better than the photos. Perfect location to Bearskin Neck and the beach. Very clean and organized. Really appreciated necessities for young kids like a crib and toy closet, and even baby proofing if needed. Also really loved having nice basics like Bounty paper towels, full soap dispensers and TP, even salt and pepper and olive oil. Usually it feels like an immediate grocery run is needed when we rent for basics- not the case here. Betsy and Bruce were also wonderful hosts who walked us through all the details and amenities on the property. They were easy to communicate with throughout our stay and quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and hosts!

Our second stay was as wonderful as our first stay. This home is perfect no matter if the weather is good or lousy as the views from all floors are stunning. We had a couple of dreary days so we hung out in the living room watching movies and warming up by the fireplace. The house is large enough for everyone to have their own space yet it feels cozy. The radiant floor heat is perfect for a couple of Floridians. The hosts provided everything we needed for preparing meals and clean up as well as a versatile coffee maker that brewed an entire pot or single serve cup. All of the furnishings, including beds are very comfortable. This is truly a home away from home. We only had 4 adults for this trip but it would still be comfortable with more guests. Betsy and Bruce are wonderful hosts and are very responsive should you have a question. Cape Ann is a lovely place to visit. Shops, restaurants and lots of fun things to do are just a short walk or drive from the house. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Great house!

The house was airy and bright with plenty of space to spread out. It was decorated so cute for fall and had lots of little details that made it even better. I will say some of the pictures online were somewhat misleading. The upper deck/rooftop fireplace area is not as pictured, and the rattan outdoor furniture was not available either so that was a little disappointing, but overall we had a great stay. The town is within walking distance (if the weather is nice) and has great shopping and restaurants. But be warned almost everything closes at like 6:00pm so plan ahead. *One word to the wise- when owner says “no smoking”, she means for the ENTIRE lot, including outdoors (which isn’t typical). We had 2 girls smoke outdoors a few times and always made sure there were no windows open nearby but apparently it was a huge deal and the owner was very upset. We felt terrible and apologized for the misunderstanding- we just weren’t aware the policy was that strict.

Wonderful get-away in Rockport

My husband and I , our two kids (ages 4 & 6), and my parents rented this house for a week. The house was really wonderful, clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated that the owners didn’t have any personal items around to make us feel like we were staying in someone else’s house. My kids LOVED the toy closet, the layout was great for all of us, and the views of the ocean are amazing. The house is a very short walk from town, but the neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. We visited several local beaches and went hiking a few times. We will definitely be back!
