Herrschaftliches Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus, der Vermieter war immer gleich zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich unglaublich toll. Es gibt sehr viel Platz und mit dem einen Bad konnten wir uns gut arrangieren (mit 11 Personen), Toiletten und Waschbecken gibt es genug. Man muss über ein paar Dinge hinwegsehen, da das Haus merklich alt und nicht penibel sauber ist. Spielsachen für Kinder für drinnen und draußen sowie Rettungswesten sind da, die Sauna liegt direkt am Sandstrand. Wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, muss man beachten, dass Handtücher und Bettbezüge selbst mitgebracht werden müssen. Mindestens ein Auto braucht man als Gruppe auf jeden Fall. Insgesamt echt empfehlenswert :-)

Schöne Umgebung, ungenügendes Haus

Einen Stern gibt es für die Lage in atemberaubender Natur direkt am Meer und einen Punkt für die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Ansonsten gibt es leider viele Abzüge für erhebliche Hygienemängel und absolute Dysfunktionalität. Das Haus ist nicht für die Beherrbergung von 16 Personen geeignet. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder und Jugendliche. Es gibt nur ein Duschbad, die Ausstattung der Küche ist ungenügend (z.B. kein normalgroßer Backofen), die Waschmaschine ist defekt und soll nicht ersetzt werden. Um gewaschene Wäsche aufzuhängen gibt es zu wenige Möglichkeiten. Im Inserat steht fälschlicher Weise, dass ein Check-in ab 12 Uhr möglich ist. Richtig ist 17 Uhr. Nur auf Schwedisch wird erwähnt, dass zusätzliche Kosten für Strom und Heizung anfallen. Eine eigene Möglichkeit zur Nachvollziehung der Höhe dieser Kosten gibt es nicht. Strand- und Saunanutzung müssen telefonisch mit der Tochter des Vermieters vereinbart werden, da Nachbarn sie ebenfalls nutzen. Die Hygiene im Haus war schwer mangelhaft. U.a. sind fast alle Textilien fleckig und zerrissen. In der Küche hingen fleckige Lappen, Duschvorhang und -vorleger nicht anders. Eine Toilette war nicht geputzt, zwei mal fiel das Wasser aus, es gab einen Wasserschaden, eine Tür wurde vom Wind aus der Wand gerissen und ins Haus gedrückt. Es fanden sich fremde Unterhosen und angebissene Ravioli auf dem Boden und wir mussten aus den Koffern leben, weil kein Platz war. Der Vermieter wurde über das alles und vieles mehr informiert :(

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben die Zeit auf Ornö sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Lage, schwieriges Haus

Im Ganzen war es für uns 15 Personen (8 Erwachsene, 7 Kinder) eine tolle Woche. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas ganz besonderes: direkt am Wasser, schöne Badestellen und Stege, die Möglichkeit zur Sauna; die ganze Insel ist einen Urlaub wert, auch die Fährfahrt ist ein Ereignis. 5 Sterne für alles außerhalb des Hauses. Das Haus ist riesig, 8 Schlafzimmer, großes Esszimmer, Salon, große Eingangshalle, alles sehr beeindruckend. Das Haus ist aus den 1920er Jahren/und historisch interessant, aber ziemlich verstaubt/ und von Grund auf renovierungsbedürftig. Von den Besitzern lagern darin zu viele persönliche Sachen. Ein Pluspunkt: Der Vermieter ist äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Für unsere Kritik zeigte er sich offen und hat erste Änderungen bereits vorgenommen. Wir wünschen uns sehr, dass er die Möglichkeit findet, das Haus gründlich zu renovieren. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Härlig omgivning och utomhusmiljö men inte lika bra inomhus

Det positiva som gör att det blir 3 stjärnor: Härlig omgivning med egen badplats, solterass på klipporna och stor brygga med hopptorn. Mindre bra: - Huset var inte städat i den nivå man förväntar sig: Damm, spindelnät, - Köket har inte kapacitet för 16 personer - Vi kunde inte utnyttja ett rum pga kraftig mögellukt - Sängar och sängkläder (kuddar och täcken, madrasser) var väldigt begagnade och gamla.
