This luxury condo is within a stone's throw of the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Unit 3001 is a first-floor ocean view condo with over 1400 square feet of living space with all the amenities of home. Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. Great property!

This property is absolutely wonderful and met our needs and desires perfectly. The condo is in excellent condition and well furnished. The additional items that are for beach use was excellent. We loved our stay. We loved our view...simply breathtaking! We would love to come again!

So peaceful and comfortable!

We are so glad we chose to stay here! We started every day with coffee on the lanai and ended every day with a swim. It was sparkling clean and had tons of amenities, and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We highly recommend the unit, and we hope to return someday!

Very nice place

Nice view of the ocean, comfortable place to stay, well equipped kitchen (a little short of condiments and spices), great pool next to the ocean, would definitely stay there again.
