THE ATMOSPHERE

Built in 1925 by famous French architect William Marcel, the villa HACIENDA (formerly called Villa San Miguel) is a historic architecture gem with Spanish style, very different from the traditional Basque style ! Featuring large interior volumes, a well-kept garden, a heated swimming pool and even an indoor gym, this holiday rental villa welcomes you with a path lined up with palm trees and is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays in Anglet, between beaches and the forest !



THE VILLA

HACIENDA features 2 living rooms, that alone ! A large first living room with comfortable leather couches welcomes you from the entrance of the villa. There’s another small reading area with a fireplace (in winter by the fire, there’s no better place !), and the second living room with a flat screen TV, a stone fireplace and a pool table ! These spacious living areas are very pleasant and everyone can go about their own business in complete peace of mind ! HACIENDA’s kitchen is fully equipped and features all the equipment and utensils you need to cook like a Michelin’s star chef during your stay. Every single element composing this room makes the kitchen so unique and charming : the vintage American fridge, the wood cabinet, and the beautiful family wooden table. Our favourite thing is the period gas cooker which has been extremely well preserved !



THE BEDROOMS

This holiday rental villa in Anglet includes 7 bedrooms, each more unique than the next. On the first floor accessible by beautiful stairs, you have a first double bedroom with a well-exposed terrace. There is a kids bedroom with twin beds and another double bedroom with a balcony, both rooms share a stone bathroom with toilets and Italian shower. Another double bedroom is available with a bathroom with toilets and bathtub, and finally you have the spacious master bedroom with a beautiful closet, a double bed, a flat screen TV and a bathroom with toilets and shower. In the basement level, right after the gym and the sauna (that’s right!), you have 2 extra double rooms: one of them has an extra single bed.



HOW CONVENIENT

You have space for 5 cars in the property. Enjoy a swimming pool of 13m x 4,5m (heated from June to September). There is also a wooden shack to store your bikes and surfboards. Please be aware that a caretaker lives right next door so you might see her during your holidays. No worries, she’s super nice! ☺



WHAT WE LOVE

In summer time or winter time, enjoy the wide-open spaces of this stunning holiday villa in the Basque Country ! HACIENDA features a lovely patio taking you straight to Andalusia (ideal for the apéritif and the outside meals !), a swimming pool, a terrace to soak up the sun in the loungers, and a shaded chill area.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Between Chiberta forest, the golf course, and the ocean, HACIENDA features a prime location! You can access the beaches Plage de l’Océan and Plage des Cavaliers within a 5-minute walk : perfect for a surf session or for beach days ! To play golf, you are about 4 minutes away from Chiberta’s golf course. You can also enjoy the many pedestrian paths along the coastline of Anglet, by foot, bicycle or skateboard!



CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50

From 10 pm to Midnight - €80

From Midnight to 6 am - €120

From 6am to 8am - 80€
