Luxurious accommodations, 1 Block to the Ocean, 1 mile to the Surfside Beach Pier, fantastic amenities, conveniently located to the best golf, dining, shopping, and entertainment in Surfside Beach.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Perfect beach vacation

Loved staying here and being a couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants! Everything is within walking distance, the place is clean, and has all of the essentials you need to enjoy yourselves. We loved the community pool as well. Easy check in. We absolutely loved our stay. A very great vacation with my husband, my two year old, and my parents!

overall the stay was good, place needs a thorough cleaning

we enjoyed our stay, layout is nice, balcony was nice, pool was nice and never crowed, very close to the beach and pier. But the unit needed a thorough cleaning, I found dead roaches in a few of the kitchen cabinets, so that was off putting.

Family reunion

We come to Surfside Beach every summer for our family reunion. G 1 of the Hermitage is great for us because it's close to the beach and we have other family members near by. It's clean and comfortable with nice furniture.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hermitage G-1. Only one thing to note - the master bath door sticks and my wife got stuck in there! She had a very hard time getting out; a little sanding on the door would help-haha.
