Schönes Haus, tolle Gastgeber, wunderbare Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von ganz lieben Gastgebern empfangen! Frau und Herr Kerriou haben uns geduldig alles erklärt und standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, waren aber sehr diskret. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man hat ausreichend Platz. Vor dem Haus steht eine sehr gemütliche Lounge, die man auf den Fotos nicht sieht, die wir aber häufig genutzt haben. Über der Wohnung wohnt auch jemand, allerdings bekommt man davon nicht viel mit, da es einen Seiteneingang gibt und der Vorgarten durch eine hohe Hecke vom restlichen Grundstück getrennt ist. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die Gegend erkunden, sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Fahrrad. Zu drei wunderschönen Stränden sind es ca. 3 bis 4 km, die man perfekt mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann. Es gibt jedoch auch überall ausreichend Parkplätze. Man wohnt in einem kleinen, wunderbar ruhigen Dorf. Den nächsten großen und gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt (Intermarche, auch sonntags geöffnet) erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Appartement agreable mais : Locataire au dessus, relativement discret mais aux horaires décalés. On entend tout, mais vraiment tout. Pas de vue mer comme indiqué sur un avis. Pas de wifi. Salon pour 2 et non 4 manque de place pour les jours de pluie... Bon sejour malgré tout

Calme et authenticité

Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et sont toujours restés disponibles. Le gîte est agréable et encadré de verdure, il possède une cuisine et une salle de bain neuves qui ont été le petit plus pour notre confort. Le petit salon de jardin et la table extérieure, neufs eux aussi, étaient bien agréables. Nous pouvions admirer les couchers de soleil depuis le bout du jardin... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir prochainement.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr ruhig, sehr nette Vermieter. Es gab ein Problem mit der Bezahlung von der deutschen Agentur zu der franzäsischen. Die Hotline musste ich erst überreden etwas zu tun. Dann hat aber alles funktioniert.

Landschaftlich schön und ländlich ruhig gelegen, sauber und nette Vermieter

Wir waren vom 21.07.2018 bis zum 03.08.2018 in diesem Haus. Das Haus liegt ländlich, sehr ruhig und günstig gelegen am Ende der Bucht von Douarnernez. Strand ist gut mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar (ca. 3,5 km Fahrstrecke). Der Strand selbst ist sandig, sauber, bewacht und sehr flach. Das Baden ist vollkommen ungefährlich, weil ohne sonst übliche gefährliche Strömungen, Wellen, Brandung oder Klippen und weil er nur ganz flach abfällt. Ideal auch für Kinder oder ungeübte Schwimmer!!! Das Haus liegt im Grunde sehr zentral. Die bekannten Attraktionen des Finistere und der Cornouaille lassen sich gut erreichen: Brest mit dem Seewasser-Aquarium, Douarnernez, Quimper, Lokronan, Concernau, Cap du Raz, Cap du Chevre, Menez Hom, ... Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, war gepflegt und sauber. Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und sehr großem Gartenteil und Grill. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war für uns die Matratze des Elternschlafzimmers, diese war viel zu weich :-( und hatte die üblichen französischen Abmessungen. Das war für uns mit Körpergröße 1,80 bzw. 1,90 m nicht optimal. Vor allem aber zu weich. Ansonsten können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!!! Danke!!!
