Welcome to Calais - Standing - comfortable apartment in a quiet and central location
Nice T2 with pleasant mezzanine.
Located in the dynamic Fontinettes district, in a small, quiet building with 3 apartments.
Free parking in front of the accommodation.
It is close to the Theater and the city center. (7 minutes on foot)
Bakery and butcher shop next to the accommodation.
7 minutes walk from the Lycée Hôtelier Saint Pierre.
Gravelines power station 25 min away
Beach 2km on foot.
You will have 41m² (25m2 habitable) well arranged with plenty of storage.
The apartment is crossing east / west, it enjoys continuous sunshine from morning to evening.
Renovation work has been carried out recently.
You can enjoy:
- a large main room with kitchen area, dining area and relaxation area.
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge - microwave - dishwasher - ceramic hob ...) will allow you to cook your meals.
There will be at your disposal coffee maker, toaster and kettle but also coffee and tea.
- A mezzanine bedroom with skylight overlooking the backyard. This room is furnished with a double bed with comfortable bedding.
- a room with a large window overlooking the courtyard. You can enjoy the large screen TV well seated in the sofa or connect to your laptop installed on the desk in the room. You will also be able to read a book available in the library.
The convertible will allow the need to have 02 additional beds. It is equipped with a comfortable mattress.
- a bathroom fitted with a shower.
To allow you to quickly settle in, beds will be made, bed linen will be provided.
You will only have to put your suitcases.
Of course you will have the essential internet access.
