Independent studio of 20 m2 in the heart of a green property with swimming pool which consists of a bed for 2 people, a kitchen area with electric hotplates, fridge and microwave, TV, bathroom, WC. Garden furniture. Covered terrace. Provision of an electric plancha on request. Use of the swimming pool and its free but limited solarium terrace (no use too long, continuous or at night). Very calm environment. Beaches and town center about 3.5 km away. Very close to golf courses. Beautiful walks in the Esterel and seaside. Close to Cannes and Saint Tropez.

Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu. La piscine, à partager est agréable. Le logement est situé dans un beau quartier résidentiel. Il y a un espace agréable à l'extérieur pour pouvoir boire un verre ou prendre le petit déjeuner mais il faut avoir du produit contre les moustiques. Le logement est par contre très rudimentaire. Ce serait tellement plus agréable que les propriétaires mettent à disposition des produits de base. En effet, Il faut penser à tout ramener, du liquide pour les mains, du gel douche, sel, filtre à café sans oublier draps et serviettes etc. Voiture indispensable pour pouvoir se déplacer.

Logement sommaire et minuscule. Confort très moyen. Chaleur étouffante dans le logement malgré un ventilateur gracieusement offert par les propriétaires.. Canapé "lit" très inconfortable. Salle de bain pour lilliputien, douche pour sylphide.. Une seule prise d'électricité ...Horaire stricte pour la piscine qui nous a coupé l'envie d'en profiter...Les plus : très beau jardin, quartier calme et propreté du logement.

Acceuil par la belle fille des proprios location avec piscine ou on a jamais mis les pieds car probleme de fuite pas de gestes de dédommagements donc je ne me suis jamais baignée de toutes mes vacances puisque je ne nage pas dans la mer dommage car l endroit est vraiment sympa

Superbe séjour! Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Chantal et de son mari qui ont su rester discrets et présents lorsqu’on avait besoin de renseignements. Nous avons passez un très bon séjour. Idéal pour se ressourcer au calme dans un très joli cadre. La piscine est très bien et l'espace vert autour de la maison est magnifique. Séjour à Saint-Raphaël

Propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux, très discrets et présents pour quoi que ce soit. La propriété est magnifique et très calme. La piscine est géniale. A 5 minutes de la plage de saint-Raphaël et à 15 minutes de Fréjus. Le petit studio est suffisant pour un couple, avec l’équipement et tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Location à retenir.
