Cottage Mas Salé, in the heart of an Ardèche hamlet, magnificent Mas of 150 m2

Booking conditions: Préférence Famille. We will not welcome groups of young revelers to organize parties or parties. 12 people maximum with children and 8 adults maximum on the property.

Ardèche mas of 150 m2, built in the 1920s and fully restored in 2017, composed of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen open to a large living / dining room, a mezzanine lounge, a beautiful vaulted stone room apparent with its jacuzzi and a large Mediterranean garden of 800 m2 with its 8mx4 swimming pool and its second jacuzzi.
Located in the heart of a very quiet hamlet, at the start of many hiking trails, a stone's throw from L’aven d'Orgnac classified as a Grand Site of France and the Renaissance city of Barjac. 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche tourist site renowned for its canoe descents, its numerous classified villages and its Chauvet cave, the Gorges de la Cèze and its Sautadet waterfalls and 30 minutes from the Chassezac Gorges and all the beauty of the Wood of Paîolive.

Calme et sérénité

Gîte parfait pour une grande famille. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Les équipements sont adaptés à un grand groupe. La décoration est de très bon goût. Le gîte se situe dans un hameau très calme. Il y a de nombreux sentiers de randonnées aux alentours. Nous recommandons ce gîte, et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Logement impeccable, très bien décoré, pensé et équipé. Nous avons passé des vacances en famille et entre amis et n'avons manqué de rien. Nos hôtes sont disponibles et accueillants. Le secteur est superbe. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter Juste un bémol pour Abritel qui sur facture les taxes et frais de nettoyage .

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Après une semaine passée au Mas Salé, nous rentrons ravis. C'est une belle maison familiale, typique, avec de nombreux espaces extérieurs bien aménagés et accueillants : Piscine et jacuzzi entourés de transats et de petits fauteuils, des espaces plus frais, pour se protéger un peu de la chaleur. Les grandes tables intérieure et extérieure ont accueilli facilement toute la famille. Terrasse surélevée, baby foot, table de ping ping, salon en mezzanine sont encore plus d'atout ! Les salles de douche sont chouettes et suffisantes pour le nombre de résidants. On recommande ce gîte pour le rapport qualité-prix, pour la localisation (hameau un peu isolé mais bien situé pour rayonner dans la région). Cave de vignerons locaux à Orgnac, Saint Martin pour la baignade, des chemins de randonnée à proximité immédiate, des villages médiévaux aux alentours !

Belle propriété décorée avec soin et recherche jusque dans le détail. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié également la table de Ping pong ainsi que le baby-foot sans parler du trempoline. Très bon séjour chaud et ensoleillé

Nous étions avec une partie de la famille et Prisca notre chienne Golden pendant 2 semaines et jusqu'à 10 personnes (enfants, petits enfants pendant 1 semaine, et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre très agréable et une maison très confortable et bien équipée. En plus, des jeux et prestations (piscine, jaccuzzi) de la location, nous avons pu visiter l' aven (grotte) et profiter des rivières (Céze et Ardèche)qui sont assez proches pour les bains, canoé,pédalo.... Nous remercions Valérie et Jean pour leur très bon accueil et leur disponibilité pour l'ensemble des demandes. Pierre L.

C'est scandaleusement trop bien

Le Français est râleur, bon c'est comme cela. Mais la ... puff , rien à redire. Piscine, excellente, site, excellent, accueil, excellent. Il ne manque rien en cuisine, j'ai pu faire un gravlax de truite sans problème, deux grandes omelettes aux truffes avec cuisson différentes le tout en même temps pour 7 personnes. Ha si tout de même, le coin est trop superbe, non mais. Il en va de même pour la villa, il y a largement de quoi faire dormir une grosse famille. Je recommande les yeux fermés, réservation effectué du 02 au 09 Juillet 2022. Merci encore.

Das Haus bietet einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich mit einer kleinen, aber hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche, die für eine große Gruppe vollig ausreicht. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig und mit guten Matratzen bestückt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet; Terasse, Grill und Pool mit Liegen runden das Ganze ab. Zudem bietet das offene Untergeschoss noch ein Tischtennis, ein Tischfussball sowie eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt ein angenehmes Haus für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Maison agréable dans une belle région. Excellent accueil et bonne disponibilité des propriétaires.

Maison fraiche et agréable à vivre malgré quelques petits désagréments techniques les premiers jours. Espace cuisine un peu petit pour le nombre de convives possible. Par contre, la terrasse ombragée avec une grande table est des plus agréables. Les chambres sont de belles dimensions, les literies de bonne qualité et toutes les fenêtres sont protégées par des moustiquaires. La piscine (non chauffée) et les 2 jacuzzis sont vraiment les bienvenues après les randonnées. Sans oublier le barbecue et la plancha prêts à l'emploi. Par contre, avec des enfants, le lave linge fait cruellement défaut (devrait être résolu l'année prochaine selon la propriétaire). En résumé, nous avons passé une bien agréable semaine dans un cadre reposant pour les uns et sportif pour les autres.

Tres Belle demeurre ardechoise restaurée avec goût, déco soignée. Propreté nickel calme assuré.

Accueil sympa des proprietaires. Prestations de qualité avec piscine et 2 jaccuzi. Disponibilité et réactivité des proprietaires parfaite. Sur les points d'amélioration: pas grand chose si ce n est pour les plus exigeants une climatisation dans les chambres a l etage car il a fait chaud meme si les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs. Au rdc pas de pb car cette vieille batisse garde le frais avec ces murs épais. Au final location tres agreable et au calme à recommander. Le prix est justifié au regard des prestations.
