Très belle maison bien agencé avec des belles grandes chambres,,piscine entretenue par un particulier ,j ai trouver super qu il y ai un système d alarme pour la piscine protection enfants .première semaine super car pas trop de gens dans les autres locations mais 2 semaines bcp plus bruyante et bcp de gens dans la.piscine .. , Petit conseil.perso ..pour la salle de bain mettre une parois ou rideau pour le bien de votre salle de bain lol et pour votre taque remettre de bonne casserole et poêle car elle son cabossée et pourrait faire une surchauffe et cassé la vitre .

Grand logement sans âme. Belle copropriété.

Bien qu'idéalement placé au cœur du village, le logement manque d'âme et sa décoration est réduite à sa plus simple expression. Travaux et ameublement au rabais ne donnent pas envie de s'attarder dans le logement. Il est propre mais on se croirait plutôt dans des chambres d'hôpitaux que dans un appartement à Oléron… quel dommage de ne pas avoir un tant soit peu personnalisé ces grandes pièces pour les rendre plus chaleureuses. La copropriété est bien agencée ; nous avons passé beaucoup de temps autours de la piscine. D'une façon générale l'agencement extérieur est original et agréable mais l'intérieur du logement mériterait d'être mieux mis en valeur.
