Enjoy our sweet 2 room getaway, perfect for a single person or a couple looking for a bit of privacy away from the hustle of town and the beach. Listen to the birds and neighborhood sounds in your own little garden courtyard. We are an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza and the beach with fresh veggies, fish,, a coffee shop and more just around the corner. We are open to monthly bookings. Join us!

We retired to spend our winters in Mexico in 2006. We have found a wonderful community here in Sayulita. We initially came here to take over a small bilingual preschool which has blossomed into the amazing Costa Verde International School with grades kinder through 9th grade. As former teachers we continue to volunteer there sharing music, movement and art. We also lend support to Pro Sayulita a group which actively supports our communities many needs. We are both musical and Jennifer has been involved in the local Sayulita theater group over the past years. We love to travel and continue to be inspired by this beautiful country. We enjoy suggesting interesting hiking opportunities to more obscure beaches as well as a trek up the arroyo into the jungle. We are here to assist you with your needs while honoring your privacy as vacationers.

Why they chose this property

We think you will enjoy this easy to care for, generally quiet location. The neighborhood is conveniently located to many amenities (just close enough) as we like to say! Although we have no pets of our own, there are some adorable dogs in the neighborhood. We have lived in Sayulita for 13 years and decided we were ready to downsize to something more manageable and easy to care for. (We have also added 13 years to our ages!) After doing lots of fixing up and remodeling we have something simple and affordable to offer to our visitors.
