Beautiful home right in the heart of everything. Nicely furnished. Large bedrooms All with very comfortable beds. This home features 2 separate entrances. There is 2 large kitchens. 3 large full bathrooms. There is a huge covered Deck with a swimming pool next to it. There is plenty of room for 13 people to sit out there and be comfortable. The bedrooms are super large. Great floor plan. Air conditioning in all the rooms. You won't be disappointed in this home and especially the price.

Retreat from snow

The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very large and the apartment is beautiful. The patio is huge and the new pool was a real treat every day. Only thing missing were sun loungers. Eileen is very easy to communicate with. Will definitely go back.

It is a great home to stay in. Very roomy with 2 kitchens and a beautiful outside huge covered porch to relax . Glad you are coming back again next February. All the rooms have been painted and all new drapes. The house keeps getting better and better.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed the house, apartment, and pool. The outdoor shower helped keep our snorkel gear rinsed off. Renting the car was easy. The house has a step from the entrance to the dining area, steps down to the kitchen, steps down to the enclosed porch, and steps to the pool. That is not a criticism, just information for potential renters to know.

Thanks for the nice review. Yes. There is one step from the living room to the dining room. It breaks up the room that way. A step to the kitchen makes it a unique look. There are steps into the pool but that is kind of nice instead of no steps. But if someone has a cane then I can see they would not want a step to seperate the rooms. Otherwise the house is large and roomy with large bedroms. Huge covered patiio for outdoor enjoyment. Great pool and an outdoor shower. . 2 kitchens. 2 refrigerators for a large family and friends.

We were shown to property which was very nice, since it was hard to find on gps. The owner responded quickly to any issues. It was nice to have the rental car too. Very nice outside area to congregate.

We are a couple who lives in Melbourne Beach Florida. We came to Aruba years ago and fell in love with it. You just can't beat the weather. It is more of an arid island and it does not rain much. Mostly sunny days. It is never humid. They have the trade winds so there is always a breeze in the air. The island is the most beautiful down by the beach. You can walk all along the high rises and marvel at the beauty of them all.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the largest in Aruba. The back yard is huge with a very large covered patio that seats 14 people easily. The weather is always beautiful so this is like a living area. I have a TV out there and several couches and chairs for your comfort. The town of Palm Beach and Kamay in Noord is very close to the High rises. You can see the Surf Club Marriott from the back yard that is how close you are. You could walk to the beautiful Palm Beach Plaza with all the shops and restaurants. It is a great location with many new homes just built in the area.

What makes this property unique

This home has the main house with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and the back house with a one bedroom, one bath . It has 2 kitchens, which is fabulous when having 14 guests. 2 refrigerators which is great when having so many people. 2 stoves if you need extra burners to cook on for your gang.
