Placed on the beach, almost private, this house can accommodate 6 people in lush greenery and offers you an exceptional sea view. In front of its shores, near the port of Tresseny, forms the peninsula of Neiz Vran. Always a dune after the one that has just passed, and there nestled in the hollow of the sand and rocks, the Villa des Oyas opens its doors and its pastel colors. In front of you, scattered over the heath of Kerlouan, the stones are young people and young girls turned into rocks for wanting to dance. This country, full of legends of wreckers and wreck looters, distills its secrets and will surprise you day after day. A place of iodized breeze, intensely bluish landscapes which one inevitably falls in love with.

A lovely house in a quite surrounding

The house is equipped with all you need for your stay. Located at the beach, nice to walk around. We liked a lot how the environment changed all the time with the water coming and going. Very quite and relaxing space!

A Little Piece of Paradise

We absolutely loved our two week stay at Villa des Oyats. The setting is magnificent, the beach is at your doorstep (and what a beautiful beach it is), the house is modern and designed to bring the outdoors in and give the sea its full appreciation. The owners are very friendly, and they respond immediately to any question you might have. They take good care of their property and their guests. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing view. Almost private beach.

The house has a brand new feeling. Perfect for 5 people. The view is amazing and a few steps away is a beach that almost no one else (in the end of June) visited but us. The effect of the tide is quite large but that was not a problem. The photos of the property does not do it 100 percent justice. It’s much better in reality.

Beautiful beachside location, highly recommended

Welcoming and friendly host who left some nice local treats to sample after showing us around the property. Lovely house in gorgeous location, excellent comms. My wife (ex-hairdresser) mentioned it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms, but otherwise the place was perfect, comfortable, well equipped, and the views from every room are superb. The television is in the master bedroom rather than the living room, but the views of the beach, tide and wildlife were so good that we did not watch tv during our stay. Lots to see and do in the area, including numerous wonderful beaches, coastal walks, villages, woodlands, although the area is quiet and is not over-developed. We were fortunate and had perfect weather during our stay, with a (rare) view of the Aurora Borealis as a bonus on our last night before travelling home. Highly recommended.

Das Anwesen direkt am Meer ist toll, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns zu zweit 14 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt und uns bestens erholt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einfach nur großartig

Alles wunderbar, schnuffeliges süßes Haus mit allem Komfort den man braucht. Herzlicher Empfang der Besitzerin. Toller Logenplatz am Meer (bei Ebbe kann man direkt durchs Watt und alle möglichen Vögel beobachten, bei Flut hat man das Meer vor der Haustüre ;-) ). Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Super Lage für schöne Küstenwanderung direkt vom Haus aus.

Le paradis

Une vue a couper le souffle, le jardin est bien aménagé, la plage est situé au pieds de ce jardin. Dans la chambre du bas une fenêtre donne sur les pins on a l impression d un tableau. Tout était au top. Génial. L accueil de la propriétaire était très chaleureux.

Traumlage

Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen eigenen Strandzugang. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist vorhanden, obwohl das Haus nicht sehr groß ist. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen mit einen kulinarisch, bretonischem Geschenk. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Vermieterin lief bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison avec vue au top sur la mer !

Maison parfaite pour 4 personnes sur une semaine, accès direct à la mer très apprécié (attention, accès un peu raide si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer). Hôtes réactifs et à l'écoute. Rien à dire, conforme à la description !

Wunderschöne Wohfühloase in Traumlage

Das Haus ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies, wie die Eigentümer es nennen. Schon die Einfahrt aufs parkähniche Grundstück löst Erwartungen aus, die beim Betreten des Hauses von dem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre mehr als erfüllt werden. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser herrlichen Umgebung, alles war perfekt, wir kommen sicher wieder.
