The completely renovated apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor) of a private and secure residence with private parking and also a parking space in the basement.
Thanks to its 19 m2 terrace, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea (fdf bay, Trois-Ilets and many others) as well as on the vegetation.
The apartment is located in a quiet area close to all amenities (cinema, beach, tennis club, casino, university campus, supermarkets, diving club, nautical center ...).
You will be halfway between: the white sandy beaches of the south and the black sand beaches of the Caribbean coast, including the beach of Anse Collat at 500m, the Pitons du Carbet and the Pelée mountain to the north.
It is very comfortable, the bedroom is air conditioned as well as the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, 4 ceramic hobs, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer.
