Gite "Les 3 ashes centenaires"

This is a charming cottage recently renovated about 50 sqm located in a property in the pretty village of Regnière Ecluse, ideally placed between sea and forest, with its neo-Gothic castle and landscaped park.
This cottage is open for rent from July 2017. The building is made of brick, dating from 1870. The cottage has an independent access, with the possibility of parking, a private terrace with flowers. It is located next to the owners' house, separated by an unoccupied dependency.

The cottage is equipped with a garden furniture, a kitchen opening onto the living / dining room (coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, crockery, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Induction hob, dishwasher), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, living / dining room with table, chairs, sofas and armchairs, a wood burning stove, a TV . Also: vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit. Central heating by radiators, electric water heater.

On the ground floor: kitchen, living / dining room, separate toilet, bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.

On the floor (attic): a room with a bed of 160, a room with 2 beds of 80.

Shops nearby: village street 7km, with Saturday morning market on the village square, bakeries, butchers, hairdressers, 2 supermarkets, ...
 
Park marquenterre, Bay 15km, 20km beaches, Castle Millennial Estate Regnière-Ecluse.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit gîte bien agencé et parfaitement situé pour visiter la baie de Somme et les alentours. Petit bémol sur les draps qui sont payants (10€/lit) alors que le site ne le mentionne pas. Il manque également des produits ménagers (sols, WC, douche) Nous n'avons malheureusement pas croisé les propriétaires qui nous ont annoncé leur départ la veille de notre arrivée et sont rentrés l'après-midi de notre départ. Toutes les directives ont été données par mail, dommage ... Nous recommandons cette location.

Logement très agréable au cœur de la Baie de Somme

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à trois dans le logement de Anne et Emmanuel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anne qui nous a conseillé de nombreuses activités et visites dans les environs de la Baie de Somme. Le logement est très agréable et bien équipé (encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos !). Les hôtes sont à proximité et disponibles en cas de besoin tout en restant très discrets. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location si vous souhaitez visiter la Baie de Somme.

Très bon séjour. Accueil très chaleureux. Ne pas oublier de visiter château. Le comte y habite. Voir l'intérieur et voir les effets personnels c'est surprenant.

Gite calme et bien situé dans l'arrière pays vallonné

Trés bon accueil et séjour dans ce gite que nous avons beaucoup apprécié avec sa petite terrasse en plein sud. Non loin d'une petite ville Rue où on trouve tous les commerces, proche du Crotoy et du Parc Marquenterre et également à proximité de l'A16 aussi appréciable lorsqu'on veut aller à Berck ou au Touquet. Nous vous le recommandons.

C‘est une petite dépendance restaurée avec goût, située dans un petit village agréable, très proche de la baie de Somme. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées et des belles plages dans cette région remarquable.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
