appartement près de la ville mais qui manque de confort il a besoin d'être revu : volet fonctionne très mal - compliqué - fenêtre également - salle de bain rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette - il faudrait une petite armoire à la place de la glace - rien pour suspendre les vêtements - lampes de chevet oubliée d'être branchée - pas réservé du tout aux personnes âgées ou avec pbs

Bien situé,au cœur de Quend proche sentier pour ballade.Par contre Logement avec manque de propreté (poussières,taches,odeur.)rideaux usés,je regrette également le manque de placards dans la pièce principale et la sdb.nos affaires sont restées dans la valise.Je ne conseille pas ce logement sauf si vous n’êtes pas regardant sur l’hygiène

L'endroit et les environs étaient très biens, nous recommandons. La propreté de l'établissement laissait par contre un peu à désirer et la bouilloire électrique était défectueuse (les plombs sautaient à chaque utilisation).

Désolé Chantal que cette première avec Abritel vous ait moyennement plu. En effet le linge de lit et toilette est à prévoir par le locataire, idem pour le ménage de sortie (option possible), c'est précisé dans l'annonce. Il est également précisé que les animaux sont acceptés mais qu'il faut toutefois demander au préalable son accord au propriétaire, chose que vous n'avez pas fait. Un petit conseil pour vos prochaines réservations, prenez plus de temps pour bien lire les annonces avant de réserver, celà vous évitera les déceptions. Cordialement. Raphaël
