The property is located at Wind-n-Sea Beach, a beautiful and scenic beach (my favorite beach in La Jolla). It is part of a duplex and I own both units. This is the upper unit. The property has wonderful ocean views and contemporary furnishings. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck as you gaze at the ocean. There is just one house between my property and the beach so it's a very short stroll to the beach. Beach chairs, towels, and bicycles are provided for your use. Come and Enjoy!

This property has a large open living room with vaulted ceilings and glass doors that open up to the ocean and your own private balcony. The living room is furnished with a beautiful leather sectional, large flat screen television and a separate work/study desk area with wifi high speed internet access and a multi-function copy/scan/fax/printer.

The kitchen is complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.

The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has seating for 8 and a beautiful view of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The front patio has a gas grill for your convenience.

This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay in our beach neighborhood. There is just one house between the property and Windansea beach. We provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and bicycles so that you can enjoy the area the way locals do.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the garage for your convenience. There is off street parking for one car in the driveway plus ample parking on the street.
