Spend your days lounging by the ocean or pool, relaxing in the sun. Spend your nights walking along the boardwalk, sitting in the spa, or sampling the cuisine within the many restaurants nearby.

When arriving at the Capri by The Sea you will pull into the gated underground parking garage where a designated one car parking space is provided for you. From the garage you will enter the lobby where you can access the elevators to the 7th floor. Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted with an amazing ocean view that spans the entire front of the condo, from the main living area to the master suite. The living space is an open floor plan allowing ocean views from the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dining sets, utensils, and glassware. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and entertainment center. The dining table is placed in front of the ocean facing sliding doors; you can enjoy family dinners while looking out over the ocean into the horizon. You’ll have the best view of the spectacular southern California sunset from the comfort of your own ocean front condo.

The master bedroom is a large and relaxing space with King Size bed, panoramic ocean view, and private Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with space to inflate the Full Size air mattress that is stored within the closet. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo, perfect for bath time with the little ones. Coin-Op laundry facilities are located on the same floor just down the hall. There is a personal Wi-Fi network for your use.

This condo comes with access to a shared, gated pool area. The pool is heated and professionally maintained. There are lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Also a dry sauna is available for guest use. The rooftop deck is a large and open space with amazing views of the ocean.
