Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning unobstructed white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views.

Although our standards were always high, we are doing our part to use additional types of cleaning solutions. Two days prior to check-in we will send you a pdf welcome package via email with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

I will be available by phone and email at any time. The best times to communicate with me are in the afternoon and evenings, Pacific time. I look forward to helping you enjoy your stay to the fullest!

My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared.

Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego!

Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

The beach view is wonderful. Listening to the sound of waves made sleep time lovely. The property is in a great location - walkable to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

Gorgeous views, very clean, well supplied. Would love to have nicer shampoo, more tea towels (there was just one), a teapot, and more lighting in the back bedroom. It was in the 50s when we were there and we really appreciated the space heater and many fleece blankets. King bed was great, can't speak to the queens our kids used but there were no complaints. Appreciated the Mrs. Meyer's soaps. We have stayed at Capri by the Sea many times to visit local family and this is one of the better condos we have tried.

Location was amazing! Very well organized if you were going to have a beach day- chairs, toys available. Downside: We only had one key for 3 adults and you needed a key to come and go. There was no coffee maker or kettle, just a keurig machine (we brought coffee). Only one drinking glass, one wine glass… kitchen was a bit limited… but again- view was perfection!

Good view and and right on the beach

Overall good quality and nice of them to have some beach equipment / boards and chairs to use. Did have a few light bulbs out, and some outlet plugs have some issues. Having two bigger TV's were also nice. Certainly relaxing to sleep to the sounds of the waves at night. Good location besides the beach for restaurants and other shops.

We enjoyed our stay, we love this condo, some attention needed is 2nd bedroom the lights did not work, check the bulbs maybe? One outlet in this bedroom worked on and off, it’s located right by the bedroom door, the window in this bedroom did not open, could not get the fresh ocean air, we still loved the place!
