This Two Bedroom, One Bath, OCEANFRONT Property includes PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, A Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Seating For Six, Two Color TV's With Cable, Complimentary High Speed Wired AND Wireless Internet Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, 24 Hour Onsite Security and Caretaker, Outdoor Heated Pool, Covered Designated Parking for One regular sized Vehicle. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Spa, Sauna, Barbecues, Elevators and a Rooftop Lanai. There is a Queen-Size Bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second Bedroom and a Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Please be our guests...

Note: Only Mature Adults, their families and guests will be comfortable at the Capri. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. This place had everything we could ever want or need in a condo. The view was breathtaking, the beach access was right under our condo. Restaurants and shopping were also walking distance. There was also a pool and hot tub for us to enjoy. We also had our own parking spot that was included. I can honestly say it was by far our favorite spot in San Diego. Thank you so much we will be back for sure!

The view is amazing! You get a nice breeze off the ocean. We did not rent a car - there is everything you need within a 15 minute walk. We were visiting family, though, who also drove us to some sights. The beach is super close, and the pool is enjoyable. I never had to wait on an elevator, which was conveniently close. Clean, comfortable. You really unwind waking to the ocean view - watching surfers, and the sunrise, sunsets in evening. I had one question and the host immediately responded. I hope to stay here again and recommend for a relaxing stay.

Mother daughter trip

The condo was the perfect size for our stay. The location was ideal as we did not need to rent a car and were able to easily get around by Uber and walking.

Great location, Great vacation!

The condo was easy to find, beautiful, very clean, and stocked with all the necessities. The parking situation ( reserved, and covered!) was fabulous. Cannot beat the location, and the reasonable price was a bonus. Will book again for sure!

Great location with amazing views!

Very comfortable place to stay. It was wonderful to wake up to the ocean sounds and sights every morning. Easy walk to restaurants. The boardwalk was great for walks. You must try Copper Top donuts and Hansel’s ice cream!

I liked that you have a view of the ocean the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and organized and I had everything that I needed right there. There were many restaurants and activities around the area and the area is beautiful.

The property was just as described in the listing. Laura, the host, was wonderful and kept me aware of anything that was going on with my reservation. The property is beautiful and the location was great. I still can’t get over waking up to that view and the sound of the waves crashing. We’ll definitely be back again!

Lovely condo

Some minor cleanliness issues but would 100% stay again. It was beautiful being able to have coffee and watch dolphins and surfers out the window. Very easy to get ahold of the owner. I would highly recommend. Our boys are 9&11 and wanted to live there :) thanks so much!

Very nice.

We needed a break from the snow of MN and we found a perfect place. Everything we needed was at the condo, especially the ocean view. I had a few questions for Laura and she was quick with answers. I would definitely stay here again. Views alone would bring me back.

Great stay

The property was accurate as listed. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The beach was steps away; it was nice to have all the beach equipment in the apartment. The pool and hot tub were great, too. The neighborhood has a lot to offer. We traveled with a 23 month old. It was great to have a high chair and pack and play in the apartment. We would stay again. Thanks for letting us stay!

Family stay

As a prior resident of this city this condo is a prime location and the view is outstanding; the beach very accessible. The interior needed some maintenance and had signs of typical beach rental wear and tear. Some of the furniture had damage but was comfortable. A sign on the sink in the MB warned it drained slowly but that was sometimes the case with the other sink and bath also. The faucet was also very loose and the overhead light in the bedroom constantly went on and off so we just used the bedside light. The place was tidy but could use a deep clean especially the floors and bathroom where the area around the toilet and baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.We tried to report things to the management company but we’re told that the host handles all maintenance. We didn’t bother the host as they were things we could work around for 5 nights. All in all good value for the money

Perfect escape by the ocean

Perfectly located 2 bedroomed apartment in Mission Beach, just a short walk north of the ends of Garnet Avenue/Grand avenue. Lovely living room in the apartment with a big comfy sofa, and a sliding door that opens to give a great view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen too. Beds are comfortable and there is enough drawer space for clothes. Bathroom is compact, but well designed with a good shower and plenty of cupboard space. The secure parking space is a godsend - it's lovely to come back after a long day and know you don't have to battle for parking. Laura is a great host, prompt to reply with check in details, and provided useful info on things to do / places to eat. No problems with noise for us. The complex is far enough away from the main road that you don't get any traffic noise or bar noise. If you are an extremely light sleeper, you might get disturbed by the gentle 'whoosh' of the lifts, but the 3 of us didn't notice it. Location is perfect. Easy access to the 2 main avenues to bring you back up to the freeway, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the beachside cafes for a relaxed breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again without hesitation.

The view was stunning. We opened the doors and the ocean breeze along with the sound of the waves brought so much peace. It was fun watching the surfers and dolphins. The building is secure and our unit had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to have a couple of throw blankets on the couch to use as it cooled down at night.The pool and hot tub was also great. Ocean just steps away. Free parking was a huge plus! Will stay again

The window faces West, so we had the most amazing view of the sunset. The kitchen was adequate to cook for six people, and we fully enjoyed the hot tub and pool after hours on our feet at the convention. Ubers to and from the convention center were reasonable, and it's located within walking distance of quite a few local restaurants and bars. Check in and check out were the easiest I've ever encountered, and security was friendly but effective. Absolutely have already recommended.
