All CDC suggested disinfectant guidelines are being followed in cleaning of the unit between guests.

This Two Bedroom, One Bath, OCEANFRONT Property includes PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, A Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Seating For Six, Two Color TV's With Cable, Complimentary High Speed Wired AND Wireless Internet Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, 24 Hour Onsite Security and Caretaker, Outdoor Heated Pool, Covered Designated Parking for One regular sized Vehicle. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Spa, Sauna, Barbecues, Elevators and a Rooftop Lanai. There is a Queen-Size Bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second Bedroom and a Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Please be our guests...

Note: Only Mature Adults, their families and guests will be comfortable at the Capri. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. The Condominium Association has strict rules and prohibits loud parties, hanging items on front railings, throwing items from balconies/railings, feeding birds, etc. Shirts and shoes are required at all times in the main lobby (there is a separate beach/pool entrance). Breach of any rule by occupants or guests of your condo may result in a fine. There is a copy of the Condominium Association rules in your condominium.

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family and had a great time. The location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and comfortable with the best views. It was nice to just sit back and relax watching the waves from the condo when we had some down time. Thanks for a great experience :)

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family and had a great view of the beach. The pool was a short walk away and great for families. There are tons of coffee shops and places to eat nearby! We walked a lot, but it was also great having a parking spot! We will be back!

Our stay at Capri by the Sea was amazing! The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved starting our mornings with coffee followed by a walk along the beach, and at night, I even opened the sliding door just to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves.The condo had everything we could possibly need, including kitchen appliances, dishes, bath and pool towels, and even beach gear, which made our stay so convenient. Designated parking was definitely a plus. Communication was excellent as well—any time I had a question, I received a quick and helpful response.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views, a great location, and everything you need for a relaxing Pacific Beach getaway!

The most beautiful views- perfect to view sunsets, watch the waves, observe surfers and even some dolphins!! Was perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location- steps to the beach and walking path and really close to a variety of restaurants. We loved our stay here!

This condo is awesome..very comfortable.. shower was absolutely the best . And u open the condo doors and look down on an awesome beach .the neighborhood is very freindly safe and vibrant . Condo was very quiet for sleeping and u can walk everywhere to all kinds of mum and pop eateries, drinks etc ..location is UnReal tbh!!!
